Despite this Starbucks not taking the mobile app, I happily go out of my way to come here especially since Hauppauge location is under construction & Smithtown is lacking any other close ones. The staff is so kind, they actually pay attention to the drinks they are making for you, and one time an employee even chased me to my car to hand me my free venti coupon that I almost left on the counter! Love it here, will keep coming back for sure.

I enjoyed a specialty coffee today with oatmilk. The individual serving me was very pleasant and customized my beverage perfectly! The couch was very comfortable, the area very clean, and I was happy to relax after my grocery shopping. I will definitely purchase here again!
Dietary restrictions: I was able to have oatmilk instead of regular milk, which I am allergic to.
Parking: Parking is plentiful & easy, no hills or challenges.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is fully wheelchair accessible.

The past two times I’ve went: 6/8 8am, order a grande almond milk latte, pay, walk to the end of the counter. Young lady says “the machine needs to be cleaned, do you want something else?” I’m like “I guess I’ll have an iced coffee?” Gives me that, and says “I’ll get you next time”. Just give me a refund and charge me the proper amount. Go in today 6/14 1:30 pm. I order a venti iced coffee, pay, walk to the end of the counter. Guy pulls out a pitcher of iced coffee with maybe four ounces in it, looks at it, looks at me “want me to brew more or just cold brew instead?” I’m like “I guess I’ll have cold brew” he says “want the rest of this(the pitcher) and the rest cold brew?” I’m like “I guess???” It was awful. For a location that never has a line, never has an employee waiting at the counter, it leaves a lot to be desired. Go down the block to sweetwaters

I wanted to buy Venti Latte, she told me no Venti cups to make coffee. I asked for whole milk, she told me whole milk gone. So I ordered an iced venti latte, and she gave me a Latte that milk was rancid. Very very bad experience

The hot coffee was very cool. The espresso machine would have to have needed 15 minutes to be cleaned before they could have made a shot to an espresso coffee to my regular coffee.
