The rudness of the employees is really a shame. Sam was counting the minutes she had left a work. Speaking very rude to the customers, basically throwing their change at them, rolling her eye. Ive noticed a real pattern with these starbucks in the area. Im sorry these employees don't want to be at work but the customers are still paying for their food and beverages which intern helps the company pay their salaries. I would prefer to wait double time for my drink and food if you had less staff and they were kind. Time I look else where for my daily coffee runs.

By far the worst starbucks in the area. I would say on average about half of the workers are extremely rude. And it’s consistent it’s not like someone was just having a bad day. I’ve had SEVERAL encounters where I was treated with poor customer service. Music is ABSURDLY loud. Drinks are usually correct i’ve only had a few that aren’t right. I can’t wait until the other starbucks on hauppauge rd. reopens.

Beyond rude, employees across like we are bother them when ordering. Alyssa kept getting angry and Impatient while ordering. The amount of money starbucks costs daily especially with horrible customer service is appalling. Genuinely confused how this has become acceptable at most starbucks. This is a luxury not a necessity.
Always good, consistent coffee at Starbucks, never surprised. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Easy in and out here.

This Starbucks is by far the nicest one in the area to study but regardless of the number of people working in here, they start blasting music to the point where you cannot even concentrate with headphones on. I have never had this bad of an issue in any other Starbucks and the music is fine but this level is unbearable. It's a shame how nice this Starbucks is and I love coming here. I have asked the employees to lower it several times here they just get annoyed and barely lower it,

The customer service at this Starbucks location is phenomenal. I don’t know how they do it, but from the time I place my order on the drive thru line to the 2min or less it takes me to get to the window, my order is always ready. They are super fast and yet the drinks are better here than any other location. I am now a regular! Long gone are the days of waiting 20-30min on a drive thru line at the Hauppauge location. I’m so happy this Smithtown location has opened up! They are also super friendly and the inside of the store is beautiful.

Hi, I really do love this Starbucks. My name is Michael. I come here frequently before work sometimes on my lunch break or on the weekends. I had saw the previous comment referring to the young man who’s always in Starbucks. I’ve talked to him a few times, his name is Jacob. He’s actually a really nice kid. He definitely has some things going on. He has a lot of responsibilities. He comes to Starbucks during the day he said so he can get some work done, but he gets really tired because of some issues going on at home. I also think it’s unfair to accuse somebody of stealing if you don’t know. That seems a little prejudiced in my opinion so I wanted to stick up for him. I don’t know about your other experiences with him, but if you talk to him and got to know him, he’s a pretty cool guy. He’s definitely not somebody who I deemed to be with bad intentions. Overall the store is great. The store manager I believe her name is Debbie. She’s great and very helpful and friendly. The staff is great as well. Whether you’re going through the drive-through or inside. I will say the music is a little loud sometimes. But that’s OK. Overall, great store great atmosphere. ??

There’s nothing completely wrong here but the lobby always smells horrible. There’s this one guy that’s always laying down in there bare foot clipping his nails and he smells god awful. I can’t come tot hai store anymore he’s always there and it’s impossible to sit in there with him around. I’m also pretty sure he steals if anyone form the store actually decides to read this.

I have to say I always think I don’t have time to stop for coffee or food before work. This is the fastest Starbucks on earth!!!! 2/3 min start to finish!!
