When ordering a vegan sandwich, the man barely change his gloves. The place is unsanitary this is the second time I went in there. The guy didn’t even change his gloves when making a vegan sandwich. I had to ask him to change the gloves, the man had some chewing tobacco in his mouth. It’s so gross he barely could talk.I’m so disgusted.

The service is poor. The workers were not friendly and just treated my husband very poor . The food is disgusting, NOT FRESH. The chicken sandwich he ordered tasted like chicken that was a week old or more to say the least . This restaurant needs to be inspected and shutdown. We had to throw away the four sandwiches due to the lack of freshness that he ordered on top of that they only give you a skimpy portion of meat tomatoes etc . In addition to that RUDE , BAD ATTITUDE OF STAFF. No thank you !!!. I nor my husband will never ever order from this place again . Lesson learned. I rated a one star because I had to or I could not post this review , it really is NO STARS .

The worst experience ever from a Subway. We ordered 3 foot longs. One was with wrong bread, missing bacon and ranch dressing. The footlong was skimpy, a few pieces of chicken, minimal tomato like "scraps". Something a kid would have made. Oh wait, a kid would make them better. The other two were also skimpy. For $12 a footlong, you would expect a real hero. Seriously, disgusting. When I left feedback and review, I received an e-mail that our feedback will be shared with the team. No compensation, no free hero, nothing. This is the last time I buy from this Subway in Smithtown - and its the one in the Village of branch shopping center. Do yourself a favor, don't eat there. My reviews are straight up and no non-sense, no sugar coating. It was awful.

This particular restaurant uses ingredients that should be thrown in the garage. All Subways are pretty bad but this one is exceptionally bad. I do not recommend this place by any means

Definitely don’t order delivery through door dash from this subway. There was barely any meat put on the subs. Subway already rations the amount of meat. This locations cuts that ration in half. Ordered evening of 8/4/2022

I wish I could have given them 0 star. Extremely rude staff, doesn't give you what you ask for. I placed online order twice when I reached there they said there is something wrong in the system and they didn't receive it so I had to wait there for 15 minutes. Then they told me I could order there and use my online coupon, but when I was about to pay they refused to accept the coupon. After 30 minutes of wait I had to pay double the amount. The staff is so rude they didn't even listen what I was saying and rushed through the next order. I hope their manager can read this and teach a little professionalism to their extremely rude staff. I still haven't received my money back from the cancellation of online order (which is due to error in their system). So I paid 2 times more for a poor service and subway.

Extremely rude service. I asked for fresh mozzarella got shredded and when I said that isnt what I wanted the man behind counter got nasty, then threw the mozzarella cheese off my wrap and charged me for the extra cheese i didnt want and he took off the wrap with an issue in the first place.
