Subway is only as good as the sandwiches they make and this location needs some help.

I placed an order through the subway app so that I could pick up a meatball hero. In the app itself I left a note that asked for as little sauce as possible.

Either the note was ignored or not seen as my hero was swimming in sauce (see photo).

This is not the first time I've had issued with my sandwiches. Moving forward I will try the other Subway location in my neighborhood.

The one time we went there the manager glared the whole time at the staff making sandwiches. When we got home both sandwiches had very little meat on them and mostly vegetables. It looked nothing like what we ordered. Jersey Mike’s is a so much better product.

All the food is uncovered, and exposed. Everytime I’ve been here the lettuce is brown, and the spinach is wilted away and brown. It’s pretty gross. Very dirty behind the counter, and the workers are always on their phone talking to somebody with the earbuds in while they’re helping you.

I ordered 6 footlongs, picked them up myself. Every single sandwich was made incorrectly and no one was happy with their food. My kids couldn’t eat theirs because of the items put on their sandwiches that they didn’t ask for. We ordered 2 BLT’s and they only had 2 slices of bacon on each sandwich. Seriously? I tried contacting the store directly though the website and still have not received a response. I was hoping subway would make this right but they didn’t, so here I am posting my negative review. We wasted $50. The sandwiches barely had anything on them… I feel bad for the 1 person working in there alone. Probably the root of the problem.

This location does NOT honor coupons that I receive in the newspaper. I went to another location close by that does accept the coupons.
