I celebrated my daughter’s Quinceañera a few days ago. This venue is amazing. The staff is very knowledgeable, cordial and they go above and beyond to make your event memorable. No words can express how pleased we are. Choosing Watermill Caterers was the best decision for my daughter’s Quinceañera. Robert is an amazing event coordinator. We got everything we wanted and more. The food was delicious, the drinks top shelf. DJ and MC did an amazing job. The ambiance was elegant. This is a great venue to celebrate your event.

We had our wedding on 5.10.25 and it was absolutely PERFECT! We booked with Rob and from the moment we met him we knew we wanted to have our wedding there. He listed to what we were looking for, answered every little question and made our vision come to life! Leading up to the day of it was so smooth! Week of we dropped everything off had a sit down and went over everything we brought with us! We had Erika, Johnny and Dominic that day. From the moment we stepped out of the limo Erika never left my side. She was THE best! Johnny and Dominic made the night run so smooth- checking in making sure we ate, always had a drink in our hand and just made the entire night run SO seamless! We decided to go with a full cocktail hour for the dinner which people are still raving about the food. It was so different and the options the Watermill offers is endless! It truly was the best day of our life and I can’t not recommend Rob and his team enough!

We just had our school’s 100 Year Anniversary Gala here and all I can say is WOW! The food was exceptional. The room was super modern and elegant. The outdoor space was gorgeous and made for the perfect backdrop for photo ops! However, it wouldn’t have been as amazing as it was without the staff. Loraine was so helpful and patient through the year of planning. I don’t think we would have been as calm and prepared without her help. The night of the event wouldn’t have ran so smoothly if it weren’t for Nick & Christina and their awesome staff. Thank you all for an amazing night and memories!! Do not hesitate to book an event here. You will seriously regret it!

My sister had her wedding here early, July 2025. 1st off, the venue is beautiful!! The bridal suite was perfect, and the staff was so attentive to everyone's wants and needs down to having otc lidocaine spray for our aching feet in heels!!! (as her Matron of Honor, I had access). The ceremony was supposed to be outside, which was decorated beautifully, but it started to rain, and the staff seamlessly transitioned an outside ceremony to an inside ceremony in the blink of an eye! The inside ceremony room was just as beautiful!! The Watermill will now hold a special place in my heart because it's the place I watched my sister marry her best friend!! She lit that place up even more with her gorgeousness!!! On to cocktail hour which when you're in the wedding you kind of miss sometimes but we didn't and the food did not disappoint!! Thankfully, it stopped raining, and we were able to enjoy the outside portion of the venue!! Very accommodating to many people. There were plenty of tables and chairs and benches and gardens and a watermill (lol)!! Really set the mood!! After cocktail hour....the main room opened up and it was on!! Everything on the menu offered!! People's plates were clean!! Food was top-notch!! Bar tenders and servers were always attentive throughout and polite!! The best part is they accommodated my sisters' wish to have take-home McDonald's at 1230am as a goodbye gift on the way out!!! I've been to many weddings, and it may seem as if I'm biased, but I'm not!! It was one of the best ones I've been to in a WHILE!! Across the board!! I'm already married but if I wasn't....I'd love to get married here!! 👍 👍

Cleary School for the Deaf had it's 100th Year Anniversary Celebration at Watermill Caterers in Smithtown on 6/24/25. What an excellent Venue! The services provided by Loraine (the banquet manager), Nick (our Maitre'D), and Christina the host, were second to none. They assured every detail was attended to! The food was excellent too! Thank you to the Watermill team for making our event an outstanding one in every way!

My husband and I got married here June 1st. We booked with Rob. From top to bottom, everyone at Watermill is absolutely AMAZING! I recommend contacting Rob to book. He made it so easy so smooth and as stress free as possible. I stepped foot off the limo and the bridal attendants and Nick DID NOT miss a beat. Someone grabbed my dress, another took my drink order. They helped me stay calm and made sure I had everything I needed continuously throughout the day. The BEST team and venue. Everyone is still raving about the food, how pretty it was, their decor, cocktail hour, entrees, the fun, all of it. We gave them so much decor at drop off, and it was placed PERFECTLY. Bridal attendants Kailah and Jessica were PERFECT. I had a 50 pt bustle and they WORKED on that thing and I was in cocktail hour by like 20mins into it. They stayed by my side the whole time, calming my nerves before the ceremony. I can’t say enough about this place. The best in the business, I swear by it. Talk to Rob!
