We had our wedding reception at the Watermill this past weekend and it was absolutely perfect. All of our guest called us to tell us that our wedding was the best that they had ever been to. Elaine the bridal attendant was phenomenal, she treated my wife like literal royalty and even assisted my entire family the entire night. My wife cannot stop raving about her, Complete GEM. Next, we had nick as the Madre D. Nick had a fantastic personality; He was able to remove the stress of logistics throughout the wedding day. Nick nailed each decoration detail my wife had listed out and the room was absolutely perfect. Last but not least we had Cristina for our staff captain. My family keeps calling to tell us how they had a server every 2 minutes with a drink and how fantastic the food was. Cristina ran the staff fluidly and the service was amazing. As a husband all i wanted was for my wife to have the wedding day that she absolutely deserved and the watermill helped to deliver that gift plus more. Thank you to the Watermill for giving us an unforgettable once in a lifetime experience.

Lorraine is absolutely amazing, and the entire staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. Everyone had a great time and our guests haven’t stopped talking about it today. From the moment my now-husband and I stepped foot into the Watermill, we knew it was the one. We had toured two other venues prior—both beautiful—but the instant I walked into the Watermill, I felt it in my heart and gut that this was where our fairytale wedding would come to life. I was absolutely right. The venue is breathtaking inside and out, and the staff are some of the kindest, most genuine people we’ve ever met. Every single person treated us like family. We had the pleasure of booking with Rob, who immediately made us feel like we were in the best hands. I remember leaving that first meeting feeling like we’d known him forever—and that feeling extended to everyone we met, from Mary at the front desk to Maria and Lorraine, who helped coordinate every last detail. Anytime we had a question or concern, the team was quick to help and always went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The morning of the wedding was hectic and filled with a few unexpected twists that left me anxious, but as soon as I arrived, I was greeted by Sean, Olivia, Francesca, and Dom—and instantly felt calm. Sean, our maître d’, was truly exceptional. His calm, reassuring presence made all the difference, especially when the weather threatened our outdoor ceremony. He handled everything seamlessly, assuring me that the staff was fully prepared for any scenario—and he was right. The entire evening flowed flawlessly. Sean kept us informed every step of the way without ever making us feel rushed. His main goal was making sure my husband and I had the best day of our lives, and he absolutely succeeded. Our captain, Dom, was also incredible. He anticipated our every need before we even asked. Although we had eaten during cocktail hour and barely touched our reception meal, Dom thoughtfully packed up all our food—and then some—so we could enjoy it later. His attentiveness was unmatched. Our bridal attendants, Olivia and Francesca, were absolute angels. They made me feel so comfortable that it felt like I had known them forever. Olivia helped with my veil, bustled my dress in record time so I didn’t miss a thing, kept me hydrated, and even found me on the dance floor with a drink in hand—never letting my glass go empty. She made sure we always knew what was happening next and was incredibly kind and patient with us and our families. Francesca was equally wonderful. She was always right there with us, anticipating every need. If Olivia brought me a drink, Francesca was right behind her with water. She constantly made sure my dress looked perfect, fixing my train before anyone else even noticed. I truly didn’t have to lift a finger all day. Both Olivia and Francesca went above and beyond for us, and our families couldn’t stop raving about the amazing service from all four—Sean, Dom, Olivia, and Francesca. Everyone said it was the best service they had ever experienced at a wedding. The staff alone are reason enough to book with the Watermill—but if you need any more convincing, the food and ambiance were just as incredible. From the cocktail hour to the cookie towers, everything was phenomenal. Our guests were blown away by the variety—Latin, Mediterranean, Italian, plus a bacon bar and butcher block with premium cuts of meat—all just during cocktail hour! Then, during dinner, there were nine entrée options, ensuring everyone found something they loved. The desserts were just as impressive, with pastries and cookies at every table that were absolutely delicious. Our guests are still talking nonstop about how perfect everything was—from the elegance and decor to the food, drinks, and outstanding service. I wish I could go back and relive the entire day. He truly cares about the couples he works with and made every step of the process seamless. Our bridal attendants (Olivia and Kayla) were absolutely incredible, I didn't have to think or ask for anything, they were just on top of it. We had so many little details and decor items and they executed our vision perfectly. The food was delicious and the drinks were too!
