We had our wedding on 4/19/25 and all of our family and friends have been raving about their experience ! The entire team over at Watermill knows exactly what they’re doing and everyone is so helpful in making sure your day goes as smoothly as possible. The Maitre’d Nick & Bridal attendant Christina literally took care of everything from the time I stepped foot out of the limo to going back into the limo they did everything for us. The food was outstanding and we added time for the viennese hour which is what all our guest raved about (HIGHLY RECOMMEND DOING THIS the set up was outstanding) . The food, service, atmosphere everything was perfect and I couldn’t be more happier with our venue choice. (Idk if you’re allowed to pick and choose who helps you for your big day but I without a doubt 110% recommend Nick & Christian)

The venue is gorgeous and we had the most perfect day for our Wedding on 5.3.25! Rob sold us on this place, however even in tiny writing on bottom of contact, my fault for not reading fully, was a facility fee. No mention of this at booking or a percentage. One week before wedding we were shocked we owed thousands more than expected! Nick was our Maitre D and he was on top of his game! The bridal attendant was Erica and she needs some additional training. When I needed her she wasn’t around. She was great at my dress bustle, but that’s it! Walking down the aisle she didn’t fix my train nice so in the pic you can see how messy it looks! She also kept pulling my head when she picked up my dress with the veil. My dress strap fell and she said the buttons broke so I went strapless, meanwhile when I took my dress off, I saw only one button fell off & I wouldn’t have had to go without! FOOD was delish, not one single complaint. Guests raved about cocktail hour. The captain was attentative to my new husband! Everyone super friendly great staff. I supplied a lot of decor and the team put it all together perfectly! Overall very pleased we had a beautiful wedding!

Attended a wedding anniversary here. Wow! The food offering was supreme. Options for all. Spaced out well for people to move around. Bar tenders were friendly and quick. Dinner service was fantastic. The menu options for the main course were top notch. I was so full from cocktail hour I didn't know what to order for dinner. I felt like I should order something other than chicken parm, but OMG it was a great choice. It was the best chicken parm I may have ever eaten. All the food choices looked fabulous. Venetian hour was bite size morsels of all types. They had other events going on at the same time, but it all felt like you were the only ones getting 5 star treatment.

We just had our wedding on Sunday and if I had one thing to say is that YOU ARE IN GOOD HANDS. From the very first day we visited the Watermill, we knew it was the one. We met with Brian initially and then transferred over to Rob. However, you can easily get in touch with anyone and they will answer any questions and guide you in the right direction leading up to your big day. The week before we dropped everything off with Maria who was so attentive to our needs, and left everything in boxes with photos to display how we wanted things done and they PERFECTED it. When we arrived to the Watermill our bridal attendant Christina and Matri’D Johnny were already outside, ready to assist us with whatever we needed. They both were absolutely amazing. They both were so sweet, kind, friendly, and attentive. Christina helped carry my train, bustle my dress and remove my veil, she even decorated our cake exactly how I could have wanted (our florist forgot to decorate it and dropped off the flowers for it) and she perfected it. Johnny communicated with everyone, looked for guests who needed to be out for pictures, grabbed whatever we needed, gave us a heads up when we were doing dances, speeches, cake cutting, photos, etc. Both of them assisted our families and bridal party with anything they needed. They truly made the night run so smooth and perfect. They let us enjoy cocktail hour/say hello’s to our guest and even have a few minutes to ourself before reception started with samples of all the food in the bridal suite to enjoy. They also made sure we had a drink in our hand and even our families/bridal party were taken care of. There wasn’t a time where we didn’t feel like we were being cared for. We were able to see our room (Vanderbilt) before guests could see it and when we saw it we were in absolute awe! It was so magical and perfect. They really brought our vision to life. They communicated so well with our vendors, especially MC and our photography company to ensure the night ran smooth. We enjoyed every single second of the day from the moment we arrived and we wish we could relive the day! It was absolutely beautiful and we have no complaints at all! The food was DELISH and our guests are raving about how much food there was and how amazing it was! My husband and I ordered filet and it was cooked to perfection and they even allowed us to order other meals to try/pack up for home! Our photographers/videographer from ADA and DJ crew from Tommy Tunes all coordinated everything so perfectly. I wish the night didn’t have to end! We were able to pick up any items the next day and everything was packaged perfectly and they gave us any leftovers from dinner/cocktail hour and our cake topper. To anyone who books The Watermill, you truly are in wonderful hands!!

Our bridal attendant, Olivia, was an absolute gem. She was so natural, so attentive, and truly tuned into every need I had without me ever having to ask. She made such a difference during the entire evening and I'm so thankful we had her. Our Maitre'D, Nick, was phenomenal. He was calm, collected, and totally in control. He was the first person out to our party bus when we arrived and didn't skip a beat from that moment on. The evening flowed perfectly because of him and we really enjoyed having him in control of our big day. Like Rob, his experience and knowledge is unmatched. He is so great at what he does. Our captain, Chris, worked effortlessly behind the scenes, making sure everyone was on the same page and that my husband and I had everything we needed. He was amazing!
We brought everything we needed ahead of time, and when we arrived, it was all set up exactly as I envisioned, without me lifting a finger. After 10 months of planning, that peace of mind was priceless and it was exactly what I needed. I did not have to use a single brain cell because of this team, and I was able to truly enjoy my wedding day and be in the moment the whole time. The food was absolutely incredible and never-ending. The cocktail hour was overflowing with options, and we had 9 dinner entrees for guests to choose from (something we’d never seen at any other venue). We are overall beyond thankful for The Watermill and their amazing team for not just understanding our vision, but truly bringing it to life in a way we’ll never forget. The icing on the cake was how everything was packed up so nicely for us to pick up the next day. They even saved the top of our wedding cake for us and left a beautiful message on the box. I cried reading it. Their attention to detail is just out of this world! If I could relive this day a hundred times over, I would—with this exact team, every single time. There are no words to fully describe how perfect our day was and we can't thank the Watermill enough for making us feel so valued and important throughout it all! This is my first time coming to Watermill Caterers my name is Kris and I’m part of the Fantasia band I am the helper that sets up the equipment and I have to say this place is amazing. The employees that work here are very respectful and helpful but I want to thank Nick and Christina for helping me as soon as I came in as we were there for a couple of hours, I asked for a room because I thought the band was gonna be there all night and they gave me a room to just relax until the band was over, but told me to keep it clean and I agreed and I had brought some soup from home and I asked Christina to warm it up for me and she did it which I appreciated that so much I needed it for my stomach and the receptionist that was in the front she know who she is when I came in. She immediately went to the person that we were supposed to deal with. I truly want to see everyone that I saw today again when I do visit again thank you all to those that perform their jobs today.
We were at Watermill on 2-14-25. Amazing venue! The filet mignon was amazing! We cut it with a fork, it was so tender! My short ribs was perfection. The servers and bartenders made the day very enjoyable!
