Unfortunately, the food just didn’t hit the mark. The sushi rolls were small and light on fillings, the Pad Thai was dry and lacked flavor, and the General Tso’s tasted overwhelmingly sweet—like it was doused in corn syrup with a bit of chili sauce added in. There are much better options for sushi, Chinese, and Thai just across the street or a couple minutes down the road. Sometimes it’s better for a restaurant to focus on doing a few things well rather than trying to cover every cuisine. This was a one-and-done visit for me.

Ordered takeout from here recently and had a solid experience overall. The pricing was very reasonable - you definitely get good value for your money, and the portion sizes were generous. The sushi was fresh and well-prepared, with most rolls hitting the mark nicely. It's clear they put effort into their preparation. Worth trying if you're in the area.

Wild Ginger in Smithtown is a fantastic spot! Their Asian fusion dishes are consistently delicious, and the sushi is fresh and well-prepared. The staff is always friendly and attentive, making for a pleasant dining experience. Definitely a must-try for great Asian food in the area!

We have come to the new location several times. We love it, it’s bright and clean and the service is always top notch. As always the food is incredible! Always fresh! The staff is always very friendly and attentive. The owners always greet you with a hello and a smile and ALWAYS check in to make sure everything is running smoothly. The food was good the service was awesome the young ladies were very helpful cheerful joyful you can tell who the owners were they made me feel uncomfortable like I shouldn't have been there but thanks to their servers being relatable because nobody's above anybody especially when you're spending your hard earned money in their establishment take notes from your servers

Always enjoy the meal at Wild ginger but this visit the meal was outstanding. I ordered the Asian grilled shrimp with vegetables with a spicy sauce. The spice was not overpowering but a nice kick. The chef did not skimp on the shrimp. I would recommend Wild Ginger before this visit and after this visit. Service was excellent.
