Food was good and our Sunday morning service was very quick. Fosters in Wolcott is still the very best, but not open on Sundays. So give Dugans a try and you won't be sorry. Prices very reasonable also.
Large portions with tasty food. Haven't heard of anybody having a bad meal there. Good luck to the new owners!!

We happened by Dugan's Cafe after visiting Chimney Bluffs State Park. It was close to lunch time so we decided to stop in. It's your typical "mom and pop" kind of place. Very homey. There were 5 of us and two wanted breakfast. The omelet was delicious! One of the specials was an egg salad sandwich, very good and large. The hot turkey sandwich with mashed potatoes was also very good and more than I could eat. Waitress was so friendly! Prices were so low we couldn't...
