It’s Sunday, May 25th 2024. The website and their store hours sign clearly say they close at 9:00pm. They closed and locked the doors at 7:55pm. This happens ALL the time and I’m sick of it. RIDICULOUS!!!!! And lazy!!!! The manager needs to be aware. Don’t bother driving out of your way you’re wasting your time.

GOD KNOW'S THE TRUTH!!!!! So I got my food from this "restaurant" we will call it. Store #56646 in Sodus N.Y. Service was HORRIBLE! I got a woman named Rebecca and let me tell you I REFUSE to go back! Not only was my bread STALE TO THE MAX NOT FRESH MADE my cookie was as well. I believe she also SPIT IN OUR FOOD I looked away for a few minutes to handle my child and shes leaning away from my sub face first!!!! Also I don't believe the employees (Rebecca) should be dipping their fingers in the "cookie jar" AKA tip jar. That was completely UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY UNSANITARY! She did that with her gloves on and proceeded to make my child's (almost 2 year old's) sub. I REFUSE ANY subway until this is taken care of and she is fired. I loved the other employee she had working with her Cindy. She was so sweet and considerate. She made my sub perfect every time. If I could leave a 0 stars on my review I would.

Usually have an okay experience. The kid with the blonde hair sticking out of his cap though, I feel he is a little skimpy on the toppings and could be a little more attentive. Missing items on my subs. Cold still. It's like $20 for lacking toppings ya know.

Walked in to get a sammich... obviously... There was someone at the register and two or more people in the back talking. Two of the workers made eye contact with, but said nothing. stood to order for a few minutes... No one said anything to me. Didn't ask me to wait. I just stood there. After a few minutes I decided I didn't need a sammich from there and left to get my lunch from somewhere else. Thanks so much for the help... *eyeroll*

Happened plenty of times here today for example ordered 2 subs at 2pm for pickup at 4 they said o well ur order must have been mixed up with someone else's but yet they never received mine then how did u mix mine up if I never ordered u would have never had known u mixed mine up pathetic customer service do not recommend here for online ordering

Not a good experience at all on 12/24/21. The girl behind the counter was great and that’s about it. I ordered a sub tray on the 23rd, to pick up on the 24th. When I ordered I asked the price and the lady on the phone said $55.00. When I got there, the total was $114.00. I was blown away. It was Christmas Eve, so I bit the bullet and paid & left. I didn’t want to make a stink because it wasn’t the server’s fault. I have ordered these trays a few times and never had they cost that much…… unbelievable!!!! I’ll never order one again.
