Walked in to the two woman associates complaining about bad google reviews about their location. Did not think much into it until I went un noticed in line for 10 minutes. I was the only person in the restaurant. One employee was eating at a table the other was doing mobile orders. I did not receive any indication that they would be with me shortly or that they even knew I was standing in front of them. They just continued disagreeing with their reviews. Eventually the woman got up from her table put on gloves and said “what do you want”? I gave her my order. When I told her twice I would like it toasted, she argued with me. The entire time some health department guy proceeded to stab a thermometer into every type of food in the window. Cross contaminating every food with the next. I’ve got to say, this location deserves every bad review they have. I’ve never seen more lazy rude and uncaring people in one place before.

Ordered an Italian sub. Came as bread w lettuce. Just called ahead by an hr to order 2 subs for pickup at noon. 1215 they still weren't started and got snipped at t by the cashier. This place is god awful. No wonder it's always dead

It’s Sunday, May 25th 2024. The website and their store hours sign clearly say they close at 9:00pm. They closed and locked the doors at 7:55pm. This happens ALL the time and I’m sick of it. RIDICULOUS!!!!! And lazy!!!! The manager needs to be aware. Don’t bother driving out of your way you’re wasting your time.

GOD KNOW'S THE TRUTH!!!!! So I got my food from this "restaurant" we will call it. Store #56646 in Sodus N.Y. Service was HORRIBLE! I got a woman named Rebecca and let me tell you I REFUSE to go back! Not only was my bread STALE TO THE MAX NOT FRESH MADE my cookie was as well. I believe she also SPIT IN OUR FOOD I looked away for a few minutes to handle my child and shes leaning away from my sub face first!!!! Also I don't believe the employees (Rebecca) should be dipping their fingers in the "cookie jar" AKA tip jar. That was completely UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY UNSANITARY! She did that with her gloves on and proceeded to make my child's (almost 2 year old's) sub. I REFUSE ANY subway until this is taken care of and she is fired. I loved the other employee she had working with her Cindy. She was so sweet and considerate. She made my sub perfect every time. If I could leave a 0 stars on my review I would.
Went in today for lunch after Church. The sub was perfectly made,girl behind counter was very sweet,fast and courteous.
