Rude service, very inattentive to guests. On top of it, I was charged $1 for ‘less ice’ customization, mind you I was charged $1 for each drink, with each drink being different in size. To my understanding Stbx does not charge for this type of drink customization. Will not return, unless I see that Barbara is back, she was always pleasant to speak to and order from.

This is my second time shopping at this location and I think it will be the last, since the experiences have been bad. Two different people, the first time I ordered a coffee with little cream and they gave me the coffee with almost the entire carton of cream in it, and the second time I ordered two Mango Dragon Fruit Lemonades and they charged me $1 extra for a syrup that at no time they explained to me why it was too much, I asked for more ice because the drink was too sweet and they charged me $. 25 cents for the extra ice. I have been buying Starbucks my whole life and this is the first time they charged me for ice and extra money for drinks without having ordered anything extra…

Lori Anne and Barbara at the Starbucks really made my day today. I rarely run out at my lunch break, but I was having a rough day and needed a change of scenery, so I decided to treat myself with a Starbucks. While I was at the store I thought I would grab a few things. As I was checking myself out, I sent my venti refresher flying and my entire “treat” Was spilled on the floor. Not only was the self check out monitor gracious and understanding, but she invited me to go over and get a new drink. I was fully expecting to just buy another, as I “needed it”. Lori Anne and Barbara were so sweet and made me a new drink at no charge and it truly was what picked me up today. It’s so nice to see kind, neighborly people in our local store. Thank you!!!
