John runs an amazing operation. He is a great businessman, restauranteur and person. The care and passion he puts into his business shows and we all benefit from the wonderful food. Trio Pizza makes gluten and dairy free pizza that is delicious. It is so hard to find good gluten free let alone gluten and dairy free food that is good. My family is so happy we found John and Trio Pizza. Their Buffalo wings are also fantastic and gluten free.
