Called in a takeout order, was told it would be 1.5hrs until ready. I showered up only to be told the order hadn’t even been started and they would start it immediately and it would be another half hour. Arrived a generous 40 minutes later only to be told it would be a few more minutes. Paid (with a discount) only to wait another 40 minutes. Apparently my order was still not started and was not told that before paying. Called initially at 5:55 finally got food at 8:35. They close at 8. Food was good, but time management and priorities are bad.

It took us 3 hours to get our food! We only had 5 things. Went to pick the order up was told still not cooked, went back again still wasn’t ready was told dinning room comes first( there were only two tables) but It won’t b much longer. We still waited atleast 1/2 -45 min. I don’t think they ever intended to cook our food ! All over bad experience won’t be going back ! when we finally got our food that they just supposed cooked it was not very warm and the order I got for myself was wrong ! Ordered at 5:55pm finally got it 8:40pm

We were camping at Higley Flow campground and ordered take out at 6:00 on a Friday night.
They told us it would be delivered at 8:00
If we picked it up, we could get it at 7:30, so we took this option.
My son went there for 7:30 and they hadn’t even started our order! He was told to come back in half hour.
He gave them 40 minutes and went back out.
Once again, it hadn’t even been started!
By the time they got things cooked and he brought it back, it was 3 hours from the time we ordered!
I understand that Friday nights can be a busy time, but a 3 hour wait time for 5 items is crazy!
If we’re back to camp there again, we will never order food from them again.
I’ll give them one star because the food was ok while the service was terrible.

One of my favorite spots while I lived in Potsdam! The pizza, wings, and fries are always delicious and hit the spot every time. They also serve ice cream, which is a nice bonus after a good meal. Great food, friendly service — highly recommend!
