We bought a 36$ cake from carvel Northwest Drive Farmingdale it was almost all chocolate and had no decorated frosting like they usually have. It only had one small top of blue. It was as if someone forgot to finish making the cake and put it in the freezer to sell. Very disappointing. Will never buy another cake from here again.

Arrived at 8:50 they close at 9 one customer being served and told us to leave that they were closed and would not service us. They lost 6 orders and will never waste my time and go back.
I love Carvel always did always will don't love paying $25 for 3 sundaes but I guess it's a sign of the times

Horrible store! On the internet it says they open at 11am then you go to the actual store and a sign says they open at 12....waited and no-one still came. They really need to update this store and the hours so people don't get confused!

Everyone here is friendly. They always get your order correct even when it's complicated. They make great thick shakes at this location and everything is clean all the time! The staff here did a great job with a last minute custom birthday cake as well.

This place obviously doesn't use Carvel products, that OR they water their ice cream down to the point where it's not recognizable anymore. Take a 5 minute drive to the one on Hicksville Road, you'll be happy you did. Obviously trying to cut corners where they can....but come on, it's ice cream!
