We bought a $54 cake last night for my daughters birthday, at the carvel we always go to. The vanilla tasted horrible. We went back with the cake today. There was more than half the cake left, because no one wanted to eat the vanilla. The owner refused to give us another cake and only offered us $38 back. Very bad customer service! This is a small place. 2 stools inside to sit on but a bunch of plastic chairs outside, if you don't mind eating 2 feet from the parking lot.
The staff was very nice and the ice cream was fantastic (and very well priced). I will definitely be back.
