Dunkin’ Donuts shouldn’t have that name anymore. Their donuts ? are not as good quality as they use to be and they don’t even keep the food they were founded on in stock. That’s like Mcdonalds being out of cheeseburgers ? Their not in touch with their customers at all and don’t deserve to be in business anymore. ??

Kate the manager is rude disrespectful she gave me 6 donuts and I ordered 12 she said she's not giving out free donuts and she apparently likes to steal food from her job by shorting people of there order. I live 5 minutes away and I will travel to go to a different dds. She also cussed at me and my husband.
Need more people working because the line is so slow when it's busy. Also the sandwiches are awful :/

with a few exceptions, probably the worst customer service you're ever going to find. Lines are incredibly slow no matter what time of the day, no matter how many people are in it. Your order will most likely be wrong if you ordered anything more than a coffee and a donut the only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because I do actually enjoy their coffee, and they have a drive-thru window for my lazy butt to receive it through. If Stewart's had a drive-through, I'd never go there again.
