To be honest, this is probably the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the area!! I order the same thing every day and I ask them nicely every morning to make sure that my sandwich has no egg on it and that the cheese is melted and every time they give me unmelted cold cheese!!! It’s ridiculous that they cannot make an order right or check on an order when a customer asks them to. Do not recommend I would recommend the one at the end of Exit 17!

This is the ONLY DD that I've visited that is absolutely filthy! The windows, doors, and floors need to be washed! There were no napkins nor straws readily available... I had to ask for them . The employees were in trances or on cell phones OR both...and were not aware of what is a "Frozen Coffee". The obvious local American kid that took the order could OR would not speak clear enough to be comprehended, nor look at me while taking the order. The straw that was handed to me had a hole in it which was not discovered until I drove a mile away for an hour appt. It was also tasteless, but no matter..I could not drink it without a straw, and the "frozen" had melted. The employees looked like they had not washed, bathed, shaved or brush their teeth, nor combed their hair in weeks. Their aprons have not been washed for weeks, AND no customer service personality emanated from any of them. No need to ever return to this DD location, since DD has various locations close by in all directions off Route 9 from Wilton to Lake George.

Can’t make a decent coffee to save their lives sadly
I’m not sure why but I get the same thing from every Dunkin I go and it’s never a problem for them to make an iced Matcha latte, 3 pumps of chai, oat milk, and cold foam.
This one location for some reason seem to act like they DON’T know what oat milk is, and I NEVER get the chai syrup in my drink but instead I get 4 matcha powder… my drink is never done right and nine times out of ten it looks WAY too watered down and tastes like it too.
Not ever pleased with my order. It shouldn’t be that difficult to make a drink with three/four things. I’ve seen people ask for the wackiest crap and that gets done right but a simple drink such as this is difficult to make? Ridiculous.

Went in on the morning of Sunday June 8, 2025. The service was fine but the manager on duty was horrible. She was berating all of her employees in front of customers. I felt so bad for them. Something should be done about her.
