Can’t make a decent coffee to save their lives sadly

I’m not sure why but I get the same thing from every Dunkin I go and it’s never a problem for them to make an iced Matcha latte, 3 pumps of chai, oat milk, and cold foam.
This one location for some reason seem to act like they DON’T know what oat milk is, and I NEVER get the chai syrup in my drink but instead I get 4 matcha powder… my drink is never done right and nine times out of ten it looks WAY too watered down and tastes like it too.
Not ever pleased with my order. It shouldn’t be that difficult to make a drink with three/four things. I’ve seen people ask for the wackiest crap and that gets done right but a simple drink such as this is difficult to make? Ridiculous.

Went in on the morning of Sunday June 8, 2025. The service was fine but the manager on duty was horrible. She was berating all of her employees in front of customers. I felt so bad for them. Something should be done about her.

service has gone down hill,I get the same thing five days a week. This morning was the worst. they recooked my loaded hadbrowns because yhey were to lazy to cook fresh ones hardly any cheese and the bacon was all but raw,I stood there and watched him do this thinking hiw is this person allowed to prepare food. I guess i have to find another stop im not going back.

Went through the drive through at 4pm, got their $6 meal special with 3 egg and cheese , one on a plain bagel, and two sesame seed bagels, and 1 hot coffee, and 2 decaf. Was told at the window that it might take a while, because there are only two of them. No problem. I was the only customer. 10 minutes later, still at the window, they finally come to the window with the food. Long wait for one customer with two people working behind the counter. Then I got home and the order was messed up. Coffee had cream and sugar and was cold (I hadn’t asked for cream or sugar), all the bagels were wrong kind. Bottom line, staff was super slow, coffee was wrong and cold, and they didn’t even get the bagels right. Time to get robots 🙁

Management speaking to staff in a degrading tone in front of people in line inside is absurd. There is no reason to speak to people like that.

Bad review on June 17th 530am drive thru ordered a breakfast sandwich & it was ICE COLD. Asked for a hot one said "they couldn't take it back" & I will get the 2nd one the SAME WAY"...... ??? WHAT??!!! Was very RUDE to me! Unacceptable!!!
A loyal customer for 3 months POOR SERVICE. POOR ATTITUDE Really upset..
