Most terrible Dunkin in the Town !Service is awful!

service has gone down hill,I get the same thing five days a week. This morning was the worst. they recooked my loaded hadbrowns because yhey were to lazy to cook fresh ones hardly any cheese and the bacon was all but raw,I stood there and watched him do this thinking hiw is this person allowed to prepare food. I guess i have to find another stop im not going back.

Went through the drive through at 4pm, got their $6 meal special with 3 egg and cheese , one on a plain bagel, and two sesame seed bagels, and 1 hot coffee, and 2 decaf. Was told at the window that it might take a while, because there are only two of them. No problem. I was the only customer. 10 minutes later, still at the window, they finally come to the window with the food. Long wait for one customer with two people working behind the counter. Then I got home and the order was messed up. Coffee had cream and sugar and was cold (I hadn’t asked for cream or sugar), all the bagels were wrong kind. Bottom line, staff was super slow, coffee was wrong and cold, and they didn’t even get the bagels right. Time to get robots 🙁

Management speaking to staff in a degrading tone in front of people in line inside is absurd. There is no reason to speak to people like that.

Bad review on June 17th 530am drive thru ordered a breakfast sandwich & it was ICE COLD. Asked for a hot one said "they couldn't take it back" & I will get the 2nd one the SAME WAY"...... ??? WHAT??!!! Was very RUDE to me! Unacceptable!!!
A loyal customer for 3 months POOR SERVICE. POOR ATTITUDE Really upset..

Went inside to pick up my order and tried to ask a worker there a question about my order but she ignored me. I then tried to ask a different worker she loudly shushed me then yelled at me when i attempted to again. I understand working in fast food is stressful but I don’t think I deserved to be yelled at. Items from my order were missing :(
We did over an hour inside for a mobile order when it says skip the line for a mobile order. This is absolutely ridiculous and should be fixed immediately. Do not recommend this place drive the extra little bit to go to the one by 87. Absolutely Absurd. Get better
The employees at the South Glens falls DD's are awesome. They know their regulars and are very personable. Alyssa is one of my faves because she goes above and beyond and has gone as far as to say hi to me by name before I even speak into the speaker because she's seen my car so often. ?

I just went here to get some dinner while at work and the employee told me I can't come in and she wont serve me because I don't have a car. How can she run a drive through but not one person in the lobby? I told her I don't have a car, she said oh well. I will never ever patronize this business in its entirety again! Now I have to go hungry because I can't get to anything else that serves a hot meal
