Not a paid actor I swear. I have nothing but great things to say I do not even know where to begin. I might be a little bias considering I grew up around south glens falls and had great experience with giavanno's for a long time. They have great pizza for the locals, a variety of other things too but I won't go into that. The staff are very chill and friendly. I placed an order for delivery today to find out that they weren't doing deliveries after 4:30 and they immediately got a hold of me to straighten things out and did so in a very polite, professional manner. They even refunded everything. If that's not good service, I don't know what is.

I ordered a brick oven Chuck Norris and I've had one a couple years ago when I moved out here and it was delicious and unforgettable but recently I decided to order one again and pick it up and what I got when I got home was a greasy pizza looking thing that definitely wasn't brick oven and smelled and tasted like mushrooms when it doesn't come with them and the suposid onion rings looked like fried friters horrible.... I will not order again don't worry you're not missing much there are better pizza joints in town that Care...

They are the best Pizza place to eat at and the Pizza is delicious ? price can be alittle costly but it depends on what you order. I would recommend this place to anyone ☺️?

Ordered a sampler platter, paid $13 to get 2 tenders, 2 mozzarella sticks, 3 breaded mushrooms and 3 onion rings. The picture had so much more food in it. An absolute rip off!!! What a joke!!! It wasn't even hot either. This is the second time I've given this place a try to be disappointed once again. Last time I ordered a wrap and it was made wrong. Never again, I'll be asking my business else where!!!

for the amount of $$$$ we spend there the last 2 times my dinner has not been the best . had the manicotti it was gross and this time i ordered a sausage mushroom calzone and there was barely any sausage or mushrooms in it . my other half eat pretty much anything but was not happy with the mozzarella sticks

Nothing like trying to put an order in online and it showing not being successful. No email confirmation, nothing. Call and double check that they didn’t get an order from MY NAME and then confirming they got NOTHING. So we make the order on the phone, and they deliver you two of the exact same orders. Won’t refund us, wouldn’t allow us to not take one order, and then hung up on me when I called to complain. When you confirm you didn’t get an order how in the world is it my fault? Never ever will I order again!

Most disgusting low grade food I've ever received from anywhere and that's pretty low in this area with all the cheap low grade food places are serving. Almost 100$ order with chicken tenders thin as a piece of paper. Jalapeño poppers that were hollow. 24 cut pizza like card board and as thin as cardboard. I've never felt so ripped off in my life. I will be returning all that garbage to the owner tomorrow and getting a refund or police will be called because I was robbed. Do not get food from here, the owner very obviously doesn't care about quality only making a dollar while ripping people off.

It's pretty good and I'm already full and barely touched my food. There is SO MUCH in one serving, I'll have this for days. Could use more seasoning but otherwise I'm very happy.

Awesome service! Fast and they even brought it out to me while I was waiting as soon as it was done! They Also mad a fresh cheese slice pie so my daughter could get 1 slice!

I have been a loyal customer of this place. Always giving them business for parties and more.Recently we ordered and food arrives 45 minutes late and ice cold. When we called to check the status, nobody even cared to check when the food would arrive.When we called back again, simply asking for a credit to our account....not even a refund...They told us there was nothing they could do...they were busy.How is that my problem? They then hung up on me!This is not the first time they have done this, always issuing a credit for their mistakes. Which we always continued business with them. Now they could care less?They lost our business and we will find another place to order!Trust me, there are plenty of other better places than this!

Don't understand why this place has a 3.7!!!! They are hands down the best pizza!! Extra roni ....well done!!!! Gotta go in the daytime tho!!! Night time is a different ballgame in there!!
