People there making food shouldn’t really be wearing hats. Everytime I order I find someone hair in my food. So today I went inside and saw at least 5 people not wearing hats!

The people that work here are incompetent and couldn't give us what we asked for numerous times even after putting another person on the drive thru mic. It took FOREVER to even get the food. I'm not sure how you can be this stupid honestly

It's my fault for not checking my bag before leaving. I should have known better. But how in 2024 do we not have someone checking the items going into the bag to make sure every item is there before going out the window? I can't even check if I have all the items anyways because it's all stuffed full into one bag. I was missing two items and the fries tasted old. That's after a long wait in the drive tru. Seriously. For 16 an hour at least make sure your customers have everything in the bag before you hand it too them and tell them goodbye.
This is actually the worst mcd in the area. Getting orders wrong, often, and the wait times are insane.

This is honestly the worst McDonalds in the area and it isn’t close. Living in SGF and being forced to go to this McDonalds is a nightmare. Waiting 15-20 minutes every time would be almost tolerable if the food even seemed fresh. The food always old. And it’s easy to tell when the food is old because there’s a million other McDonalds to compare the food to. Do yourself a favor and just drive to exit 18 and get McDonalds there. That restaurant is so much better than the one in SGF. They’re almost two different places at this point.
