Just had the worst sub every had ! Ate a lot of them there ! Mix sub not so good

All 3 employees didn’t want to be there. 15$ for a sub is a tragedy.

I stopped in for a sub after work the other afternoon. The sub was reasonably priced, and absolutely delicious. By far though, the service was incredible. The person helping me was so friendly and made sure she made it exactly how I wanted it. Big smile on her face, people like her make places like this great. I will most definitely be returning.

One star is toooooo much for this establishments. After reading the other reviews I guess my 2 visits recently will probably go unanswered or even acknowledged by the owner. Both times I purchased from the deli, and both times I was ignored for over 10 minutes, the only employee that actually cares is the cashier. I did tell her I would not come back. To the employee who finally waited on me behind the deli after staring at me several times while she went about her business of wrapping & cleaning for the closing procedures-(the store was closing in 15 minutes.) You should find a job that is not in customer service. The customer is what pays your salary....in case you were unaware.....less customers....stores close. Just a thought. My bigger issue is I was given the very end of the Boars head roastbeef. She made it a point to throw the very end of the meat in a bucket before handing me my order. I wish I had left it there, however we were eating subs for dinner & I was a bit "steamed" at that point. P.S. The roastbeef that lasted 2 days! Now I am throwing out $7.00 worth of lunch meat. I wish people cared more these days. Service & quality are not high priority at Sorrentinos.

Sorrentino's always delivers when it comes to specialty meat cuts. We just recently placed a large order for Brasciole / Rouladen (thinly sliced beef), and the meat quality along with the required thickness were perfect.

Worse place to be not a friendly place needs new management

Add me to the list of people who have had bad experiences with the old woman behind the deli counter. She made me feel incredibly unwelcome for asking for a sandwich.

The sandwich was delicious, but I don't know if I'll go back just to be treated like I'm somehow putting someone out by asking them to do their job.

The guy was dealing with someone else and seemed pleasant enough, but the woman was just wretched.

Best meat department in town. And if something isn’t right, they make it right. Much appreciated.

I normally love this place but I went there today to spend a fortune on steaks. I stood behind the meat counter patiently for a good 5 minutes or more while the guy behind the counter looked at me a good 10 times atleast and continued to ignore me.I walked out. There are other places that will gladly take my $.

Stopped into sorrentino's delicatessen market for a sandwich. Was in glens falls on business and looked for a good deli. This is the place to go! Roast beef on a hard roll, they roast the beef themselves in store and it is perfectly rare, great sandwich. I'm definitely coming back when I'm in town

A new gentleman in the deli today. I asked for thin sliced Boars Head turkey and he showed me his slice. Then I asked for a quarter pound of Alpine Swiss sliced thin. I heard him talking to the grumpy woman training him and he said half pound. I said no, a quarter pound please. Her's was the worst customer service I've received in the years I've shopped with you. Shecould have cared less that a customer was there. I ended up getting a half pound of cheese sliced in planks. I won't eat it. We like what we like.. Why can't we email you

1st time customer today and last. Asked for a RB sub and when the older woman behind the counter turned around she looked at me and immediately asked what I wanted in a rude and disgusted manner. She was completely rude for the entire order. If you don't like your job or are in someway envious of your customers, you should probably not be in customer service. The woman at the register on the other hand was very polite.

Like Ohhh my God, a famished, starving worker needed a nosh after early a.m. shift, only one solution, Sorrentino's.BLT Sub wheat roll, tortellini salad, delish!

Ordered for our Christmas party. Was easy to place order, pick up was a breeze, food was delicious

The owners are miserable but the meats are good quality
