Stopped into sorrentino's delicatessen market for a sandwich. Was in glens falls on business and looked for a good deli. This is the place to go! Roast beef on a hard roll, they roast the beef themselves in store and it is perfectly rare, great sandwich. I'm definitely coming back when I'm in town

A new gentleman in the deli today. I asked for thin sliced Boars Head turkey and he showed me his slice. Then I asked for a quarter pound of Alpine Swiss sliced thin. I heard him talking to the grumpy woman training him and he said half pound. I said no, a quarter pound please. Her's was the worst customer service I've received in the years I've shopped with you. Shecould have cared less that a customer was there. I ended up getting a half pound of cheese sliced in planks. I won't eat it. We like what we like.. Why can't we email you

1st time customer today and last. Asked for a RB sub and when the older woman behind the counter turned around she looked at me and immediately asked what I wanted in a rude and disgusted manner. She was completely rude for the entire order. If you don't like your job or are in someway envious of your customers, you should probably not be in customer service. The woman at the register on the other hand was very polite.

Was gonna get a haircut and get a sub when I was done but the owner was extremely rude , and that me using nice words, This place is a joke just like the owner! Save your time and money and go to a real deli and market for a sub. Business like this should be closed

Imported cheese and meats are delicious. However, if you are going to this store thinking about how wonderful the customer service is going to be…. You will be severely disappointed. The deli workers look at you like you are disrespectful and disgusting for interrupting their conversations, the butchers make it seem like you don’t exist, and the check out persons are just mad all the way around. No matter how you approach these workers please beware… it’s not you it’s them. To encounter such remarkably horrible customer service across all facets of a company makes it very difficult to say “wow we had such a great time, it was so wonderful… blah blah blah” the way your staff treats your customers effectively taints the taste and quality of the food. I would recommend a “smile policy or smile incentive” something to make the situation improve. We won’t be back and it’s a shame because this place has been a staple in the community.

If you want a local place to make you a fresh sub then this is the place to go! Very affordable prices and all the food they have is fresh. Kind of a mix of a deli, butcher shop, and a sub shop, with some cannolis available too, always a benefit! Service is always good, but this place can get so busy sometimes you have to wait a bit, no fault to them they're popular though! Another cool thing is they make their own sub rolls on location, it makes the subs that much better!
This is an amazingly run family business. I go here all the time. I buy dinners to go. Fresh produce. I take advantage of there packaged chicken breast deals. Tonight I had her fried haddock during lent deal. If that's you're thing you should go there. Amazing people.
