Everytime I order my coffee it’s always watered down. Please if you’re gonna stay open in the night have fresh coffee. My boyfriend works night shift, sometimes I do we pay over $5 for a large coffee the least you can do is make the damn coffee right. People work really hard for their money. Sometime a good cup can really make someone’s day. Please do your job.

I ordered a Banana Royale and Brownie sundae and I received someone else’s order try to call and only thing I received was a busy signal. Called the driver to let him know I received the wrong order he states he waited 20 mins and that’s what he was given. Complete disappointment especially when you’re craving something and it’s not it.

Honestly service was slow. I waited patiently for the car in front of me which was just a coffee and that took 6 minutes. Then I approached fhe window and stated that I'm picking up my mobile order. Mind you I placed my order 9 minutes in advanced for a reason and the worker had me wait another 8 minutes at the window as he then started to make my food. I'm not usually one to complain but nearly 20 minutes at 4:52 am with no other customers is a long time. Needless to say I'll be avoiding this Dunkin from now on.
