I go in there and buy chicken, and they give u all the stale and hard chicken, by the time i get home the chicken is so dry and hard the skin flakes off like crumbs in my hand not a good place to spend ur money on food, they dont give u what u ask for or pay for

I would give this place 10/10 because of the service. The middle-aged Afghani guy working behind the counter was super nice and friendly. He kept asking us if we needed anything and had 0 attitude. Comfortable place to sit with family. Food was fresh too; we ordered the wings..

I recently visited Kennedy Fried Chicken and had a disappointing experience, primarily due to the cashier, Omar. His customer service skills were lacking, and he seemed to have trouble speaking politely to customers.

First, Omar charged me $8.32 for fries, although the listed price was $8. He then charged $5.20 for mozzarella sticks, while the actual price was $4.99. When I questioned these discrepancies, Omar justified them by saying the higher amounts were due to taxes, and then he charged sales tax on the total bill as well. My total came to $13.52, and he added an additional $1.20 for tax.

When I asked for clarification, Omar explained that there was tax on individual items and then a total tax. However, his explanation didn’t make sense, especially since he manually entered incorrect amounts. He also made an inappropriate remark about customers’ education levels, which was uncalled for.

It’s not just about a few dollars—it’s about honesty and good customer service. Customers should not be made to feel like they are being deceived.

20 TO 30 minutes later the FOOD IS STILL HOT IN THE BOX!!!!FRESH EVEN FROM BEHIND THE GLASS!If this wasn't unhealthy we'd eat this everyday at least once a day for the family. Always has customers, that's a good sign!Leg and Thigh SPECIALS ARE BEST FOR FAMILIES or anyone that's really hungry I guess.? ? although the other day I did get a chicklet leg ? but idc wish I had an extra because for that Buffalo wing which they've done before when peices were really small.
