They are the most disorganized pizza shop I’ve ever seen. They have 4-5 employees running around cooking and nobody pays attention to the customer wanting to order or pay. You have to stand there for 2 + mins before being acknowledged. I’m talking about every single time. Busy or not. It’s frustrating and annoying. Again 4-5 employees looking dead at you and they will ignore you and continue to be in different stations doing different things. So who’s the cashier/ hostess? Good pizza horrible customer service.
The place is a joke they messed up my order with no apology and then expected me to give them the replacements from the trash when they don't even mention to you to give them the replacement. Not only that the manager has no morals how do you tell me you can be disrespectful to me if you're busy? That doesn't make any sense !

Ordered takeout & delivered to hotel. Pizza was cold. Buffalo Chicken wings were cold. Both would be “not again“ orders. Salad was good. Large chunks of lettuce & tomatoes. Pasta meal was very good. I would not go back for the pizza. Order was delivered in good time. Price was reasonable.
Never been there order take out every week, food is great and not pricey compared to other pizza joints. Pasta portions are hefty as well and pizzas are awesome, buffalo and bbq both are delicious
Pizza was good. I found it to be a tiny bit oily. Appearance could use some improvement. Service was fast and employees were kind.

Only tried the grandma slice. It was one of those with just a giant slice of mozzarella and a tiny bit of garlic bruschetta in the very center. It was great. The shop itself is easy to double park in front of and near the back entrance into jfk. I’ll be back
