The place has a nice atmosphere, but the experience was somewhat disappointing in several ways. The coffee was clear, almost like “coffee water,” which was not a good sign. Also, I asked for hot milk and they brought it cold, despite having requested it again.
The service was rushed, the waiters seemed to be in a hurry, asking us several times if we were ready, but not giving us enough time to decide what we wanted. It was obvious that they were trying to serve us quickly, but that made it difficult for them to help us efficiently.
As for the food, it was good and the portions were generous, but the customer service and professionalism left a lot to be desired. Better service would make this place a much more pleasant experience.

Honestly I’ve been going to this place for a while now but last night I was so disappointed in the way we were treated. First a waitress came and I was super nice to her she took our order until me and my sister tried to pronounce a word and she started laughing and proceeded to say “ it’s funny how you people say it” anyway I was willing to overlook that because I realized maybe she didn’t mean it in a rude way btw we are indo Guyanese people. We waited approx 40 mins with no food or drinks and when we went to ask they sent out the food with an old man and still nothing to drink. She came back out an hour later and brought another plate and at that point we’re all pissed she proceed to say she’s not serving us anymore. We asked her so why were we not informed and who’s serving us we got no answer. That waitress started arguing with us and people around us started looking it was rude and embarrassing. We usually always tip our waitresses or waiter good Everytime. She assed out. We still paid for everything although we got no drinks which wasn’t an issue but she stood there looking at us and laughing at us. Such rudeness and worst attitude she doesn’t belong there. Waitress short, light skin and blonde curly hair. I admit maybe I was wrong to assume she was rude in the beginning but the way she acted after the fact was unacceptable she made the security guard even look at us weird I would love to speak to the owner

Just bought a grilled swiss, bacon and tomato on a roll. It was so mushy that I couldn't grab it to eat it. Went back and showed the guy behind the take out and he started arguing with me that the sandwich gets that way because it's hot. I wasn't happy that he didn't even apologize and make me a fresh one. Even the bacon was soft. I never had any complaints about this diner until today.

If you're hungry at night this is the place to go the diner is clean the bathroom is clean the service is nice and it's not that expensive.

This is my go to restaurant when I don't know exactly what I want to eat. I've been coming here for years and the service is always great and the food is consistent along with being huge portions. The wait time at peak hours are never that bad and other times you're seated immediately. We've tried a few of the breakfast dishes as well as lunch an dinner items and it never disappoints. my go-to are usually chicken quesadilla and wings.
Parking: There's parking spots on the ground and lower floor. It can be difficult to find parking during peak hours, but during off-peak times we always find parking.
Kid-friendliness: It's a family dinner, so kids are always there
