This ice-cream shop is a delightful discovery for a late night treat. Me and my boyfriend were craving something sweet and we went to get a little treat. The customer service was really great and very patient because I couldn’t decide on which flavor to get, they had so many flavors i eventually decided to get the cookies and cream my boyfriend got bananas foster sundae dasher. We both watched her prepared our items and my boyfriend words were “awww she preparing it with love” because the presentation of his bananas foster sundae dasher was so cute. I also tried his bananas foster sundae dasher and it tastes so good, it was like a symphony of flavors; I would highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back and try their other flavors.

Great cakes. However I stopped in for a shake and was not pleased at all. Person behind the counter made my shake in the cup that I was taking away instead of the usual metal cups and then poured in. When I walked away I came to this realization and looked at the cup. Sure enough a bunch of plastic was cut off from the machine ending up in my shake. Wanted to turn back but had to move forward unfortunately. Still aching for a shake now..

Exceptional customer service and quality of products. Today I was served by Jose. He displayed best courtesy and care while helping me at the counter. He did a nice job. My ice cream dashers were very presentable. He also gave me a discount for being a great customer which was a plus!! I would rate customer service 10/10

The cakes and ice creams are good but the service is very bad. There is a young woman who is very rude and rude if she doesn't like serving people. I looked for another job!
Came in today with my 6 year old nephew. Dominique and Jonvieve were so kind and patient with him. They added sprinkles to his ice cream and it completely made his day! He had the biggest smile and was so excited. Thank you to Dominique and Jonvieve!
