Came in today with my 6 year old nephew. Dominique and Jonvieve were so kind and patient with him. They added sprinkles to his ice cream and it completely made his day! He had the biggest smile and was so excited. Thank you to Dominique and Jonvieve!

I walked into carvel at 9:19pm and was denied a vanilla shake because they said they are closing soon and the machine is getting cleaned.
I Walked in the store upon entering I greeted the women in the front saying hey how are you? She did not respond back and stared at me like I had two heads. Zero customer service and Very rude staff. Yall ain’t the only carvel in NYC. People please take your business elsewhere.

Arrived an hour and twenty minutes before 10pm but the girl refused to make a milkshake because they are closing… why are you even open then? Stop hiring little kids who have no customer service experience, which will ruin the brand.
