I tried their cheesecake and it was amazing . I keep telling everyone about it . Saying it was moist and smooth . I ordered again and it was dry and old . What happen to consistency ? This place is a hit and miss , but with so many bakery's around no one got time for risk it.

Been goin here for a years never disappointed they got good variety. Most of the low stars are from people who ordered on uber eats and stuff. But go in person they are great.

I wish I could give zero stars! I ordered a strawberry short cake cup and got a strawberry slice which was fine. When I went to eat the cake I saw mold on the bottom of the cake so I called the bakery to get a refund and the lady was very arrogant, invalidating my claim by stating they store pistachio cakes and strawberry short cakes together. This is a health hazard as many people are allergic to nuts. As you can tell my cake isn’t from a cross contamination from a pistachio cake this is green mold from old cakes slices that they sell. Very disappointing and will never purchase from this bakery again.

I called and ordered a red velvet cake 2 hrs in advance. Their prices on the website is completely different from that in the store. The lady told me the new price and I accepted. When I arrived to get the cake, the older lady was attending to a customer and the young lady acknowledged my presence but ignored me. I waited for 10 mins then I saw the baker came outside, I asked if there’s anyone working and he told me the young lady. I even asked the older lady while she was attending to the customer before me and she said the young girl will help me. I guess she doesn’t like her job n batting her false eyelashes like she doesn’t have a care in the world.If you don’t like your job, find something else miss. I have a lot of patience but her customer service was really bad. She’s the front staff as customers walk into the bakery and with her attitude, they won’t have any business. Hopefully this cake is worth it since it’s my first and last time going there.

I ordered takeout on grubhub which allowed me to skip the long line. I don't like waiting on lines! Anyway the order wasn't ready and the girl asked what I ordered then acted completely clueless as to what tiramisu is lol. The girl went in the back and asked someone if they sold that and I guess they got some out of a freezer or extra cold refrigerator. None the less it was absolutely delicious and exactly how I like it. The pricing was fair for the amount. They have lots of items that caught my eye and I would go back.

I purchased a cheesecake and a chocolate cherry filled devils food cake and rainbow cookies. The quality of these baked goods were overwhelmingly GOOD. My review would not be complete without praising the absolutely delicious Chocolate Çherry filled Devils food cake, my family was in love with it and the Cheese cake and raved about it all night.THANK YOU SO MUCH

Stumbled into Greenwood Quality Bakery and bought a pineapple cheese strudel of sorts. It was ok. Lady behind counter was very sweet and put up a fresh pot of coffee for me. Nice outside signage and door saddle. Not sure what “JS” references.
It’s really a great and the best cake shop. Because cake looks so amazing, beautiful and gorgeous. But The prices for cake it’s not okay. Because, it’s too much than normal price for cake. But for look’s, taste, and quality off cake, this is one of the best. I like the design, because how realistic they make!

Where are you guys getting these good service’s from? ?. I walk in and stand there until they acknowledge me. I’ve always bought cakes from this store yearss ago when the management was good. The desserts are over priced. $30 for a small cake is ok I guess & $38 for a cheesecake. I could’ve made the same exact cheesecake at home but It was a last minute thing. The employees don’t even look happy.

I ordered the Oreo cake two times, and every time I got stale cake. Cream is good, but base was old, like it was made several days ago and they put fresh cream on top to mask it. I won’t go to this place anymore and I won’t recommend anyone to order birthday cake, because your party will be spoiled.
