Bouncers are rude. The bartenders are rude. All Staff are all rude. I have friends and family that party here every week and spend money on bottle service and I have no clue why. Accidentally rsvp for the wrong date. Mind you it's like 10 of us here and they still charged for the entry. The DJ plays reggae all night and switch off with old school reggae. Been here a couple times and for some reason I feel like it's the same mix every time. Want a better experience, go down the street to underground!

Excellent service by Salman at Impule Lounge.. He was so attentive and took care of my party. I felt satisfied and wasn’t waiting for amazing service! We enjoyed our very first visit at Impulse because Salman made it an excellent experience!

DISAPPOINTMENT AT ITS FINEST!!! If I could rate 0 stars I would. I saw this place on TikTok and thought it would be such a vibe to go to and hang with some friends. I got to the place and I felt like I got a pat down from TSA. We paid a $20 cover charge to go in for 5 people each and not get any accommodations at all. No sense of service or help. There was no place to sit, or even a table even though we would order drinks and hookah. When I asked if we could get our money back for the cover at the door, the guy said, “there was nothing he could do, no refunds!” I get at the end of the day they need to make their money, but we weren’t even in the atmosphere for 5 minutes which I thought they would’ve been more understanding, even if they gave us back half of what we spent for the 5 of us. . 0/10 customer service. Don’t let the photos and vibe fool you. You will get played. Thanks but no thanks!

Service is Horrible all the Owner & Security do is Gossip about basically all customers who keep business going basically smh when you do leave a review online they even try to argue on google it’s tasteless & sad they have a billion rules on dress code that don’t make sense it’s 2023 should be able to dress how feel comfortable…Food & drinks overpriced obviously unless you catch hh me and my friends just won’t be visiting again hope my review helps future customers

They were so rude. My friend had on slides and they told her she couldn’t get in. Mind you they let three girls in with slides and stated that because they was the bosses friend they was allowed to come into the lounge. I also recorded what had happened and that’s discrimination !! I would be getting a lawyer involved because I’m truly Hurt on how I was treated.

You'll love this place if you love non-stop dancehall. The entire set for the night was dancehall with a liiiittle bit of trap/hip hop sprinkled in. Personally, I prefer more of a mix because I get bored easily, but to each their own. What was extra weird was that the DJ played censored tracks. What is this? A high school dance? The hookah was OK. Get the Watermelon Mint one bc it goes down smoothly. The other one was very harsh. We repeatedly asked to get a replacement, but it fell upon deaf ears. I paid $20 to get in and the security at the door don't play. Don't bring any vapes because they'll get confiscated. This place is also a little too empty for my taste. And this was a saturday night. If you like a bare dance floor, this is your spot.
