I order 3 fish meals and they just gave me 2 fish sandwiches and 2 fires. When I went back to there store hardly 5 to 6 min they refused to accept its there mistake and refuse to give me missing items

Terrible service from counter and backend staff. Waited 40 minutes for my order but nobody bother to check and keep ignoring my order.
The manager for this location is sloppy and unhygienic. Employee putting rejected food back to processing for reused .
Ordered 3 ice cream cones where 1 comes in a cup since I have a little child. The employee and manager refused to give the cup despite offer to pay extra for a cup and spoon.
I request a refund while the order reaches the counter since I can’t get the cup. The order was refunded but what happens blows my mind.
The server take the ice cream off the biscuit and put it back in the machine of the unused batch m. This is reprocessed and reserved to someone else. Not sure how the health department don’t intervene with this type of practice.
The environment is also filthy, litters and unswept.
Macdonald accross every location I used for cones for my kids always give them a cup and spoon . This particular location staff indicate because of the management, the owner make the rules. This location sucks as it disappoint children. ???
