Very tasty food specially Chicken over Rice

I have a good experience at store in Arlington location. The person who took my order was nice and professional. He showed me all what’s in the menu and even recommended me a meal I loved. Honestly the food was very good. I will recommend this place to all my family and friends. Thanks ShahHakal

From the moment I walked through the door until I left I may have had the best experience ordering food out. This place by far had the friendliest staff with knowledge and help to get you through their ordering process. My first time in and I didn’t feel rushed every worker was smiling and every single person I spoke to said hello. Now the food I ordered the chicken and beef combo absolutely amazing 5 stars all the way and I’m not easily satisfied when it comes to eating dinner out. After ordering I left on my way home I realized I had someone in my party with a food allergy I called the store and immediately they went in the back to check the ingredients on one of the sauces lucky for my family member they could still eat the food and I did not need to go somewhere else. I will 100 percent be coming back to this food establishment. Thank you for the amazing food and by far the best service I have had in a very long time.

Normall the foods good but tonight it tasted like some of the lamb went bad in the heat. I should have known better to go to a food truck when it was this warm. Avoid this one in the heat.

Just went tonight and grabbed 2 chicken platters to go with my fiancé. The employees were wonderful. Beyond kind and personable. The food I don’t have words for. I didn’t take a photo due to being over excited but the portions are more than fair for what you pay. The hot sauce is VERY hot for me personally but I like it. The salata that comes with the entree is so fresh and tasty. The chicken is perfectly cooked - tender and seasoned deliciously. Even the rice is a masterpiece. We also highly recommend the pakora chips! They’re crispy on the outside, nice and soft on the outside, seasoned, and made fresh to order. We were even told by the staff that we were welcome to sit and make ourselves comfortable while we waited for the chips since they are made to order but our food was done so fast we barely had a chance to! We’re not done eating but we’ve already agreed this will be our Saturday night go to. For 2 people getting 2 platters and a side of pakora chips it was just $30. You’d spend more per person getting dinner from any other restaurant around.

Delicious food! Open late too! Will b ordering again.

Today was my first time at Shah’s Halal Food & it was DELICIOUS!!! The portions & taste are great. I’ll definitely be back.

You better off going to the one at jfk travel plaza which is only 10minutes driving away.. if you think this location is good then the one at jfk will blow you away... way more options and the food is much more fresh and better prepared... what I didn't like about the food truck was they had no tomatoes no onions no chicpea nothing but lettuce. And the chicken and lamb wasn't juicy at all it was dry...
They did however give me a free soda

Trust me try the one at jfk you will not regret it

Finally a place in Chicagoland that does the Halal chicken and rice the right way. I also tried the chop cheese which was authentic out of Brooklyn. This is the only place doing it right in the area. Today was probably my 8th time there since they’ve opened. Great place, keep it up. *The other new place is all show and no taste or class for that matter.

Foods good. I go everytime & ask for extra pita bread without extra charge. This one time today I got charged an extra $1 for extra pita bread. Ridiculous. A new guy there charged me extra.

One star to the guy who was working there. He skimped on food to avoid work. Bad service
