Service is horrible 😫. I would drive there once a week all the way from ct, to get their roti &curry. Note I buy it because of the quantity not quality. Well at least i use to. An east Indian Gay guy served me the last too time and he was very stingy with the meat. My self and my brother told him our concerns. He said that's the serving and if you want more it will cost you. I bought 8 roti and curry and all were with small servings because of him. Need less to say I'm not going back. The quantity and service was the deciding factor for me choosing syblies over them. Not again, I'll go where my money feels welcomed. Especially the way he spoke to us as if we weren't paying. Keep it up and you will continue to loose customers.

Today I went Singh's with my wife. I ordered a doubles with all the works and a eggball. My wife order Chana and Pumpkin with Dhal puri. First all the items have an lingering after taste after we finished eating it. The Dhal puri and eggball did not have a taste, just an after taste of the oil or whatever they use to cook it. The pumpkin tasted like they added potato to it in order to stretch it. What happened to this place. We will not be coming back to this place anymore. We went home feeling unsatisfied and disgusted.

When first entering Singh’ it was very spacious and clean. I was lining up and all of a sudden one of the worker storm out of the kitchen saying negative things. Customers are all confuse, employees were laughing at the worker, this establishment definitely needs proper management. Employees shouldn’t laugh and encourage situations. It was very disappointing to see this. The curry chicken was not good. Dhal puri was soft. Fudge was very salty I don’t know why it’s weird. Price was decent.

You can tell a lot from the way someone handles your food right in front of you. We start off with a long line, usually that means the food is good, that's why it's so busy, but not in this case. The food was displayed very nice and looked interesting, but when it was our turn (20 minutes later) we placed our order and when I told my server what I wanted Shrimp Curry she acted kinda condescending about it and made a face and not trying to hide her laugh, when we ordered cook-up she was strongly condescending that is was pelau! Which tasty a bit more on the soupy side. The Doubles lacked a lot of flavor, the Shrimp Curry was a little watery, and the Goat Curry looked as if they just chopped up the meat and tossed it the pot with out cutting or cleaning the unwanted parts you would usually throw out. The sever was very sloppy putting the food in the containers, making no attempt to clean up the bowl or make it look presentable, I know it's busy but if your doing that in front of my face, what's going on behind closed doors in the kitchen? Not very sanitary at all. With service like that in front of your customers speaks volume! Sorry I won't be spending my money here again.

There was a long line when we got in.. but it went by fast since they serve the food pretty fast.. really good portions for their Roti.. will definitely go back and try other meals.. we had the beef and chicken options.. we notice a lot of people just do take outs..we opt to eat there as there are tables but they will serve your food as a take out and you just clean up and fend for yourselves 👍🏽

LOL IN 1.min if it's after 5 min I get it. BUT IN 1 MIN?????? ..THEY took 20$ ....me explaining and the women hang the phone up!! SOMEONE NEED TO LOOK INTO THESE RESTAURANT! CANCEL.ORDERS SHOULD NOT BE THE ENTIRE ORDER AMOUNT. OR ATLEAST GIVE A TIME FRAME AFTER 5 MIN THEN CHARGE A CANCELATION FEE.. AND DONT HANG UP PHONE.. I am a valid customer for many years! NEVER WILL I ORDER AGAIN!!!!

I have been going to Singh's for over 20 years. When I first started to go there they use to sell Stag. So I have been a patron for a very long time. I love the food and the service. However, this morning my experience with the cashier was very unpleasant. Not only was she very rude but she was also very nasty. Please put your original lady back to cash. She was there this morning but only serving food. Apparently, your cashier needs more training when it comes to customer service. I was there on Veterans Day, November 11th at 5:45 on the morning.
After this experience, I still keep on supporting them because this was always my go to spot but today I will no longer support this business or recommend it to anyone else! I came in today to place an order for my crew at JFK not only was the channa for the doubles not fully cooked, the rest of the food didn’t even taste good. Whoever cooked it is a what less cook. I’m so sorry to say but after all the money I have spent today and over the years I will no longer be doing it anymore, such a disappointment!

I got some roti, dhal-puri, pastries, poulrie. Roti and dhal-puri were good! But the pastries tasted as if they were 2 weeks old…before i bought them I asked the cashier how fresh were they and she said only been out for an hour but after tasting and looking into the pastries they were indeed stale. The food is definitely delicious but the pastries were terrible. Disappointing they lied to me about the freshness of the pastries but hopefully this helps this next person.
Firstly I asked if the boneless chicken is white meat. Bought it is dark meat. On top of that it's not fully cooked. It's pink inside. That's my last time purchasing food from there.
