I made an order for delivery; food arrived cold and stale. I ordered three lo meins and I asked that it be made saucy. The woman on the phone increased the price to make it “saucy”. I didn’t mind paying extra because it’s what I wanted. When the lo mein arrived it was extra dry and both of the lamb lo mein had no vegetables inside and barely a few tiny pieces of lamb. The pepper shrimp had good flavor. I also ordered jerk chicken fried rice, the rice was okay but the chicken was refried resulting in it being stale and hard. The delivery driver also has an attitude problem even after I tipped him. The food here used to be of better quality and taste before; never ordering from here again.

Very very rude woman answering the phone. That woman will make this establishment lose all their business because now I refuse to ever order from there again, and I used to be a very loyal customer.

The food I received was also stale, and not correct. Upon calling to complain, the rude woman asked me for a picture clearly showing the wrong order but she refused to accept blame but instead continued to be rude. Never have I ever encountered something like this!!

Rude rude rude. Wasn’t greeted when we walked in , sat down the waitress didnt come to the table to take out order. She was extremely nasty, attitude on 10, kept insinuating we didn’t have money for up charges. Very weird encounter will not spend my money here again.

Foods Great! However, the waiter had her earbuds on, on the phone. Completely disregarded our table. At the end, she tossed my receipt on the table and walked back to the register. I went over there to pay. I left a big ZERO in tips. I usually to 15%. I will it be returning to anyone of the Jades.

One lady that takes orders is nice, friendly and has manners. BUT THE OTHER LADY I HAD TODAY IS RUDE why work in a restaurant if you have no hospitality and manners, I called in a very nice manner saying may I place a order, please & thank you after the call & the lady just bang the phone. It is customers money keeping that business open to pay your bills. Act right.

Sharon is amazing, she has a wonderful personality and makes us feel very welcomed..she makes crafted drinks just the way we like them, food is delicious and the gentleman that serves the food is very likeable..overall my favorite place to be..
