Food is yummy but the staff is stingy. I got 1 small drumstick instead of the standard 2 for my medium size meal (2 types of protein and 2 sides). …meanwhile all these pictures people are showing here has 2 drumsticks in it . Next time, if I ever go back there to begin with , I will say something because this is cheap, not nice, and uncalled for for a 15$ meal when I see other people getting 2 drumsticks .

I've been to Veggie Castle plenty of times and it's honestly amazing soul/caribbean-style vegan food. If you sometimes crave familiar flavors from previous non-vegan days, you should give it a try. The vegan fish, bbq chick'n legs, kale, mac & cheese, ginger chik'n, and BBQ jackfruit sandwiches are some of my favorites that I've tried.

If you’re looking for a vegan spot that tastes even more delicious than a non-vegan restaurant then this is it! As someone that eats meat, I’ve visited the restaurant multiple times and the food slaps each and every time - I promise you won’t miss the meat on your plate or in this case your box. It’s delicious, affordable and the service is great too!

Thee best vegan,vegetarian dishes in all of the 5 boroughs (NYC). Don't believe me? Go try it for yourself. Hefty portions. Not cheap, because vegan products themselves aren't cheap. As you should know. But not break the bank either. Very tasty,great selections. This is a to go place,not dine in. Beautiful Guyanese/Caribbean style foods.

One my favorite spots to visit whenever I’m in New York. They have so many options to choose from it’s hard to pick a favorite but my 2 go to’s from their meal plates are the drumsticks and ginger chicken.
