Love this restaurant in NYC and was so happy it opened in the Hamptons during my summer stay, as it has been hard to find a good restaurant for dinner in Southampton. Very innovative concept, deli sandwiches converted into dumplings. As I predominantly eat vegetarian, pleasantly surprised at the vegetarian options. Love the edamame dumplings--highly recommend you try even if you're not vegetarian--the vegetarian lettuce wraps & the scallion pancakes. I tried a cocktail for the first time today at the restaurant with fresh green juice (pictured)--very tasty! Service was really great, swift and efficient. Highly recommend especially if you're in the Hamptons this summer.

ABSOLUTE DISASTER, STAY AWAY. Went for cocktails ($25/each) only. Bartender appeared inebriated and was extremely rude. Then the bar tender and bar manager started yelling about something and made a scene. This place is a complete joke and the owners should be ashamed.

We paid over 150.00 for two people and had to wait over 1 1/2 hours for our food. The food was cold and the drinks are way overpriced. No organization from valet parking, to the hostess, to the waiter. There was no toilet paper in the girls bathroom and one of the waitresses was yelling at us who were waiting to go to the bathroom all the way in the back instead of getting toilet paper. The waiter didn’t ask if we wanted refills. Food was tasty but the overall experience was horrible!

The steak here is a must, and definitely get the French onion soup dumplings The ambience of the place is beautiful, fitting for the south hampton crowd

This place was fantastic! I was looking for an intimate place for dinner while my parents were in town and came to Brooklyn Chop House based on a friends recommendation - so happy I brought them here because we all loved it! Food: For apps, we ordered the a bunch of different varieties to open our palates, our favorite was definitely the French Union Soup Dumplings, which was surprisingly delicious. For dinner we ordered the NY strip which was cooked to perfection!

Best meal I've had in the Hamptons in awhile. Had pastrami, edamame and French onion soup dumplings and chicken satay to start which were all standout anThen it was onto spicy shrimp, steak and fried rice. One dish was better than the next and the service was fantastic (strongly recommend booking a table before the 8pm rush) - Finished the night with a glass of white at the outside bar while the DJ started playing and realized I made the right choice in coming there tonight.

Go to Applebee's. Everything was super salty and service was slow. Music was obnoxious and good was below par. Super expensive for junk quality

Food and service are amazing here. Love the menu as there are so many good things to order and every time you come you can try something different. However since it is attached to the Capri hotel people come in and out in bathing suits and there should be some sort of dress code as it is a nice and quality restaurant not a food shack at a beach. Have some respect for people who are spending a good amount of money to enjoy a quality meal.

went to check out this pop up. the wait staff was non existent. bartender disappeared for 20 minutes. my guest and I were the only two in the restaurant. obviously the manager was more interested in sitting in the corner in his phone. what ever wait staff there was more interested in trying to be fabulous than doing their job. with so many choices in town, they will be out at the end of season.

DISREGARD THIS REVIEW AT YOUR OWN PERIL!!!

What an all around horrible meal!!!! I saw the poor reviews for this restaurant, but I figured i’d give it a try anyway. That was a major mistake!! It’s the Hamptons so you know to expect high prices, and not the best service but the bad reviews were all accurate, and too generous!! The food is inedible, the service is beyond incompetent. Do not waste your time and money going here, you’ll leave aggravated and hungry.

Owners did not pay the contractor for work and materials because of a dispute between the owners and one of there employees (Evan) which had nothing to do with the contractor. Stay far away from these thieves.

DISREGARD THIS REVIEW AT YOUR OWN PERIL!!! You don't know me but I am about to do you a very big favor and save you a night of your life you can never get back. Yelp, WHY can't there be zero stars??? One is at least one too much for this absolute catastrophe of a restaurant. Please listen carefully so I can save you a night of your life you will never get back. Please listen to me so you don't waste it and you can thank me later. This place is a complete disaster and unless you are absolutely not hungry and have nothing but hours to waste, this place should be avoided at all cost!! Just a complete and utter service mess. I'm not sure that I have ever seen a meal so completely devoid of any service to the point where you feel the need to get up and walk into the kitchen to give them your order. I know it's the Hamptons, I know they have temporary workers and are trying to do the best they can, but when you charge $25/drink and $80-$125 or so an entree should you really have to wait 30 minutes after you're seated for water??? And then you order and 75 minutes until the first appetizer come? Another 20 minutes until the next one comes!! And just soaked in sauce to the point it is inedible. Then we wait and wait and wait for the main courses. And then we wait some more. Another hour passes from the time they pick up the appetizers until the main courses come out. Really? And I assure you it's not just me, EVERYONE is in the same boat, sitting and waiting in disbelief as no food comes out. And all talking to each other as no one can believe a restaurant can actually operate this way! We've now made friends with the people on both sides of us who cannot believe service can possibly be this bad. Honestly it's like nothing you have ever seen! The waiters are completely embarrassed because they have never been apart of something such a complete mess. And the worst part of all, the management laughs at you and can care less. How much can I bet this restaurant won't be back next summer? Then add in its loud to the point you can't hear the person across from you at the table, the food is mediocre at best (not that you can even concentrate on the food with everything else going on), and everyone working there is running around trying to calm the customers down who are all very upset. I've seen a lot of bad meals in my lifetime but never have a seen a combination of complete disregard for the customer without at least an attempt to recognize the problem and try to apologize. These people are so arrogant they think this is one big joke but ultimately the joke will be on them. Table after table talking to each other about what a fiasco it is. I wonder who will take over this space next year because it certainly won't be them. Be smart and spend your money elsewhere.

This Restaurant Sucks. Food is good if you are lucky enough to get it Most people don't. Staff are use to apologizing because everyone is unhappy. Do not go to this restaurant. Many other choices. A wast of time.

Oh please oh please. Fix this place. Pretty ambience. But can't handle the crowds. Tired to fix our experience but they need more time. Let's hope they get there.
