Won’t be returning. There was only one guy taking orders while one girl was scrambling to keep up with fulfilling orders. I felt badly for them. There was hardly any selection of donuts behind the counter and the garbage was nasty and overflowing at 9AM

I ordered the $6 special and it was great. However, in the Southampton location, I don't like how they only have 2 people in the front and each time I go the counter person isn't there because she either getting donuts or ice. Then the cook has to step in and do both jobs. That's no right. Why can the owner be there in the mornings? The want is always long due to this. I'm saying,everytime,same issue.

Love the coffee, it’s the best, but - the customer service is not good at all. I hope the owner reads this and does something about it. Please remember how to treat customers. Today they raised the cost of all their coffees by 23 cents. They also raised the price last year as well. If you buy coffee every day that’s $2 more each week. THATS ALOT.

While the coffee was great as always, I was a bit disappointed overall.The girl at the counter was kind of evasive and distracted. Though there wasn’t anyone else there, she still confused my order and then forgot to pack my minis, which I onlyRealized much later. It’s not a drive thru so you have to go in to get what you want.
Parking: There’s parking outside but there’s no drive thru so you have to go in

This particular Dunkin Donuts took extra special care of me whenever I visited, which was twice a day while in Southampton. DD had truly the best iced coffee!

Any Vegan or People with food allergies or meat allergies avoid this place — I have seen the worker many times not changing the paper on Oven tray - He cooks sausage or bacon and rather changing the paper after cooking uses the same paper for to toast the bagel ot croissant.
Vegetarian options: Well, how could I ask for vegetarian options if your employees dont care to either change gloves or change the oven tray paper after cooking bacon or sausages in and as a vegetarian I wouldn’t want my bagel/croissant to touch the grease.It was weird for me to take the video of person but please watch the video ofSaturday 08/27/2022 around 8:25 am to 8:45 amThank you
