The restaurant was really nice, food really good, but they had a guitar player that was so loud you could not speak to the person across from you. I would only go back without the live music, the DJ was very good after.

Great food! We sat at the bar and had couple appetizers...Escargo and Salmon Tartare...and drinks. They have live entertainment on Thursdays too.

I visited in September off-season on a Friday night. Food is ok, probably over seasoned. Desserts are over-the-top. I miss Red Bar Brasserie the French brasserie (“Big Red”) formerly in the same location.

Went with another couple to celebrate two birthdays and let them know. They did not acknowledge the birthday. Soup was a thimble full for $21. And we said tap water and were charged $12 for a bottle of still. Snobby waiter.

As a longtime resident of Southampton and, a frequent guest of the Red Bar, I was intrigued to see if Enchanté could pull it off… They did! From the energetic atmosphere, the moment you walk into the establishment and are warmly greeted by the superb hospitality of the general manager, Corrado, who will pour you a glass of champagne while he meticulously fillets a Dover sole, everything about this place is a winner!! If you are up for it, order the Soufflé for dessert (but make sure you pre order as it does take a while to prepare)...Make sure Corrado introduces you to his wonderful daughter who servers you with her brilliant smile...Can't wait for the fall when the town calms down and we can go and have a nice quiet meal off season...Add it to your lists of "musts".. Rob S.

Solid French Influenced Dinner with the details of French fine dining (food, drinks, flatware, decor) with a more relaxed vibe than Bilboquet

Another overpriced American version of a French Bistro.

The atmosphere was clean and extremally simple, not particularly charming and very noisy. The house champaign was $38 a flute, the bread looked interesting but lacked taste and certainly not to French standards. My black and blue tuna was served medium well and unrecognizable as fresh fish. The Crème Brulee dessert was pure sugar and lacked taste.
On a positive note fresh oysters and scallops entrée were delicious. The service was very professional.
We expected much more from the Hospitality Group's new restaurant, hopefully they will work out the kitchen and improve the menu.

A loud, cramped, over priced placed to eat in the Hamptons to get your money for the season and give you bad service and bad food. A very limited menu, do not order the Bistro Steak! The French who not allow them in their country.

Amazing food! Such a great atmosphere. We had a great time. We ordered three salads to share and all of them were great. Then I ate the trout which was so delicious with a almond butter flavor. The wine and company made my experience 5 star.
