I don't want to leave a bad review because I'm hoping I caught this restaurant on a bad day but wow. I waited to be spoken to by a host/anyone for 11 minutes. They weren't busy as it was 3pm. Then I was brought to a table and was sat without menus for another 8 minutes before someone came over and asked if we were getting food. Once we had menus it was another 6 minutes before they asked if we wanted anything to drink I said "water and" (because I also wanted a beer) then the server just left and said okay I'll get your water. So when he came back with the waters we just put our order in because we didn't trust him to come back for our food order. I asked what beer they had on tap and he laughed and said none, just bottles and cans. I asked for a Guinness and he left.We got our app promptly and I got a warm Guinness. I was kind of shocked it wasn't refrigerated but it wasn't terrible. I got a burger that I ordered medium rare and it came medium well. Still edible but not how I love a burger. Then I was excited to try some of their desserts so when the server came back I opened my mouth to ask for a dessert menu and he dropped the check and said here's the check and then walked away. We waited quite a while to pay also.So I would have spent more money, gotten a few desserts to split with the table, probably have gotten another beer but I didn't even have that option. Overall food was mediocre and service was atrocious but he seemed nervous so perhaps he was new. Trying to give the benefit of the doubt but I don't think ill be back.

Warm cozy dining room inside covered with interesting sports memorabilia lots of baseball and other stuff. Had real fine lunch with my son. Noticed crowded bar and there's outdoor enclosed dining area. Nothing upscale about the place , it's refreshing contrast to the places on the ave.

Pot pie is not pot pie!!! It's soup with a side order of puff pastry.

If you want a piece of nostalgia that is one of the last local reasonably priced bar/restaurant look no further.

Ordered a NY strip. Grossed out by its toughness and lack of flavor. Medium rare didn't make a difference. Veggies were like Little Rocks. Never again!!

i went here yesterday. i seen the hostess giving dirty looks and on her phone. i ordered the chicken fingers and water. funny thing is i seen something with legs floating in my water. it looked like a flying roach. i will NEVER go there again. it smells like burnt fish and rotten eggs. i also had a honey mustard. at the bottom i seen mold . THE CARPET WAS FULL OF WATER AND IT WAS MUDDY.

Good burgers & general fare. A much needed place for the 'locals'. Beer is cold, sports are on.., what else do you need for a good burger?!

If you want to go somewhere that I would consider to be a “hole in the wall” restaurant, then this is for you! This restaurant does not belong in Southampton as it is not the experience a typical Hamptons Tourist is looking for. The inside of the restaurant is small and cramped, no AC, paper place settings, green carpet, it’s just not appealing… as for the locals… sure it’s a alright bar. The bartender, Joe, is amazing at his job and is a very nice person.Vegetarian options: one veggie burger
