Makes me sad to write this because I usually love this place. I went to Hampton Coffee in Southampton with my friends this morning. I walked up and the lady talking to me was immediately rude even though I greeted her with kindness. I ordered a large iced coffee with 4 pumps caramel and oat milk. She told me I needed to put in my own milk, which 1. I have never had to do and 2. she put in a special request to leave room for milk, meaning that it’s usually a request not a protocol. I then asked for a wrap in which they gave me a wrap that wasn’t even the size of my hand, I am 5’2. I am just very disappointed in my experience, especially for 17$. I gave the service a 2 because the girl who was making my food was very nice, she had curly hair and glasses, props to her.

Come here daily when visiting the Hamptons - absolutely love the sausage, egg and cheese breakfast biscuit and their lattes. Great service and friendly staff!

First time ever visiting this coffee shop. I came in just to get a quick cup of coffee, and a woman with super short hair threw me off with how rude she was. She quickly greeted me initially and then I greeted her hello and asked how she was doing, and I guess she didn’t hear me because she proceeded to give me attitude and repeat her greeting soooo rudely. I told her I did respond to her the first time and she quickly apologized and took my order but it was just so uncalled for. What a bad first experience and undeserved on my part when I was only being nice. Definitely won’t be back

Good coffee ☕ and sandwiches.

Tasty matcha latte, but I ordered hot and got an iced, and they didn't add a pump of peppermint like requested. Drank anyway, very yummy and not too sweet, just wish it had been what I'd ordered. Would definitely go again!
