The iced hazelnut coffee is the best on Long Island IMHO because it is made from the hazelnut-flavored beans.The iced matcha tea latte tastes antioxidant rich, and I prefer it unsweetened; the honey lavender matcha latte ruined the flavor of the green tea.The food is meh. I come here solely for the outstanding coffee and tea. I look forward to fall when they sell the Pumpkin Pie coffee and when I get a free drink for my Birthday reward.

First time I tried this place I ordered a cappuccino freeze and it was only filled half way, tasted horrible. Decided to give it another try today and ordered a caramel macchiato. Surprise surprise , it’s only filled half way again. You’re better off going anywhere else.

Very good lattes! The shaken espresso is also pretty good! The service was fast, nice and polite. It is on the expensive side but it's the Hampton's so it's to be expected.

Came here to get some work done out of the house. Overall, the visit was fine. The establishment is slightly cramped (cozy?), but does have barstool seating along the windows as well as a few couches. There's also free WiFi and solid outlet access, which was much appreciated. The baristas were to-the-point and efficient. No bathrooms I could see. The matcha latte and blueberry muffin I ordered were on-point. Will certainly return if I'm in the area or need a change of scenery.

I had an appointment over at Ford this morning so I decided to stop by here to grab a quick bite. When I walked in it was busy! Good for them. The location is a bit awkward since it's right next to the high way BUT! They are worth it. The bagel was delicious as well as the latte. There was NO wait! A minute after I ordered and grabbed a seat I had to get back up to grab my drink! There are a good amount of workers here so the service is quick and efficient. There are stools and comfy couches to sit at and even seating outside with umbrellas. Inside looks very new and well kept clean. They have Apple Pay and many food options and drinks. They are also right next to BMW of Southampton. Even with there location they get real busy in here. The staff was very friendly. Will be coming here again and recommending!!

I didn't actually order anything here, but my daughter swears this is the best coffee in the Hamptons. And by the way she was enjoying her order, I'll take her word for it.
I had the best iced coffee I’ve had in a while here. Reminds me of Blank Street In Manhattan but a bit of a step up. Also had a sausage egg and cheese biscuit.. soooo yummy. Love that it wasn’t dry and had flavor

looking for lukewarm brown water? enjoy a cup of mediocrity. explain to me why a coffee shop sells a lobster roll other than greed? like so many other Hampton businesses exorbitant prices are more reflective of exclusivity and attitude than reflected in actual quality. if you're Starbucks basic but you have more money, This is the place for you.

I ordered a sugar free vanilla almond milk latte, they messed up and gave me something full of sugar. The guy did not even offer an exchange it or anything. $6.00 down the drain :(

My order of 12 oz Americano, with two shots of espresso, had a mesmerizing aroma, a rich depth of flavor, and an excellent mouth feel. I would definitely recommend a stop here.
