Chef Karl arrived 2 hours late which caused multiple prep and serving mistakes. Chef served the wrong appetizer and the wrong salad and he didn’t have enough food for a couple of main course plates. He didn’t, without prompt from me, engage at all with the guests.
I wasn’t going to write a critical review but he hasn’t responded to two emails.
