We typically have great service and food at Le Charlot. The menu is simple but well prepared. This time the service could have been improved had our coffee been delivered hot and the wait staff only bring out the check when asked.

I so enjoyed le charlot in the past and still like the lunch selection. I brought my family there for dinner and there was nothing on the menu but salmon steak and chicken. I asked the waiter and he dismissed me. I had 2 apps. Crab cakes mushy and avocado and hearts of palm salad which was delicious. Overall we were disappointed and went elsewhere for dessert.

They must have made some great improvements because both the food and service were worthy of their prestigious address. The food is authentic and delicious. You must try their French onion soup! The best we ever had. Their beef bourguignon was amazing, too. Great service from our waiter, whose name escapes, but hails from the coastal region of Brittany.
