Ketchy beach is okay. Service took a little long to seat us for our reservation to be seated outside. Just a tip the party is inside and you have to purchase a table to sit inside for the party at 10pm. The food was okay we had the crudo, burger with truffle fries and the crab bucatini. The bucatini has corn in it which was weird for a seafood pasta. Burger and fries were good. Our waitress Valerie was nice and sufficient. Other wise it was just okay overall

Never in NY or anywhere have I had to pay for a drink I had asked to replace. The place must be going under if they have to resort to such an underhanded way of dealing with clients. I wasn’t about to argue with all that noise inside but it left a bad taste. I liked everything else about Ketchy Beach - the food, the rest of the servers and the vibe.

Ordered 2 rounds of the same drink at the bar and they were priced differently. They charge whatever they feel. And when you confront them about it they act like youre being unreasonable. The food is also mid at best. May better options in the area

One of the best restaurants / night venues I have been to out east in a decade at least. Southampton it’s the only option of where I would be seen. The food is to die for, the vibes are immaculate & the pool party is awesome as well ! highly recommend !

Planned for weeks on going to Ketchy with my friends for my birthday. Upon arrival we went to walk in and they wanted $1000 per person just to even get into the venue. When we asked the host the other options she said there’s nothing else yet she gave my other friends the opportunity to have a bar tab of $250. She didn’t let our group, with way more girls than guys ratio, come in for under $1000 per. When other groups walked up to the front she gave them the ability to pay way less for some reason. We tried figuring it out but they were not able to resolve it. I had a much better time at common ground.

Absolutely not worth the trouble, not at all accommodating and extremely rude. Service is okay but incredibly rushed and a single drink is 30$. They also automatically add 20% gratuity, though not deserved.

Absolute worst customer experience ever. Pay $600 to eat just to be thrown out when they turnover to night club mode. Everyone acts oblivious when you ask questions because they don't want to tell you it will cost $300 (per guy) to get back in the building. Place should be called sketchy beach. Shady business. Kitschy spot. Staff and “beach club” aesthetic help justify the disjointed menu and airport like prices. We patio dined and ordered the Blue Crab Bucatini (delicious combo but horrible presentation), the Sea Bream (spatchcocked-filets topped with a caper-based pesto and a heap of field greens), the Kale Caesar (nothing more, nothing less than what it sounds), the double- stacked Broome St Burger (for the price tag, 1/4 pounder was well done, literally. Brioche bun was gridled toasted and super soft) and lastly the star of the evening- the blistered Shishito Peppers covered in curry lime salt. We vacation in the Hamptons every year and had been putting off visiting this spot but we gave in last night and while I didn't hate it, the loud music and TikTok filming made me realize we probably should visit again during the off-season.

terrible all around. extremely rude staff all they care about is money and connections kicked us off our table while it was empty before we even got our credit cards back from paying and had to wait outside. WORST EXPERIENCE DO NOT GO. there r so many better options don't waste your time or money

Drinks very expensive and automatic 20% for any party size added. One vodka drink comes to $30. Service wise, our dinner server was nice but others were rushed. We ate dinner there and spent $200 a person, ($500+ total for 3) then went to the outdoor bar at Ketchy right outside of the dinner room. The dinner room turns into a bar around 10 and the staff / manager / bouncers wouldn’t give us a wristband to go inside for the nightlife scene after spending hundreds and told us we had to exit the outdoor bar, exit the restaurant and go back in the restaurant line and pay a cover just to get inside to where we just ate dinner at. The dinner at 6:30 was dead nobody there on a Saturday they should have appreciated our business
