Great atmosphere. Fine restaurant experience with top notch service and food. Coffee bar is like a portal to Italy, right down to all the different languages you can hear over lattes, Bellinis and pastry. Gelato looks very good too but I didn't get a chance to taste.

The restaurant was clean and the wait staff were nice, but the food was terrible. We did enjoy the meatballs as an appetizer but $60 for a terrible chicken parmigiana and $42 for a terrible pappardelle with meat sauce? These folks need new staff in the kitchen since basic dishes were extremely overpriced and terribly prepared.

The service and food at Sant Ambroeus Southampton is always impeccable. We came here for an early Valentine's Day celebration and everything was so decadent. Thank you so much.

My favorite place ! The most authentic Italian coffee and food. Unique. Quite expensive but it is worth it! I go to this place when I want to treat myself for the best coffee ever or some truly Italian sandwiches , pastries, ice cream or food. They have a cafe section and a dining section. Good wines .

Have had breakfasts and dinners here, never a disappointment...service always courteous and efficient, everything from morning pastries to dinner entrees top-notch AND dinner noise level more civilized than many other places out here. Look forward to every visit.

Great service, great dishes, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing which is just what I was seeking.

No enough words to find to express how great this Italian restaurant is. You could be in a high end restaurant in Italy and not be better that in St Ambroise

Obsession is an understatement. While this place is definitely pricey, you 1000% get what you pay for. Fresh ingredients. Perfect flavors. Temperature on all food is immaculate (ie: soup was hot, salads were cold and refreshing). Weird flex but honestly youve got to try their soup of the day. Its always to die for. Even if they sound weird. For example, I typically dont like asparagus or celery but I've had both their aspargus soup and their celery root soups and was OBSESSED with each. Like couldve licked the bowl clean. Truly a staple in southampton and a restaurant I'll always come back to time and time again, knowing I'll leave super satisfied and happy.

An absolutely outstanding meal in Southampton. The service was very good, the food was outstanding. The carpaccio was excellent and the cacio e Pepe was perhaps the greatest I have ever tasted. Dessert was terrific as well. Overall, it was an outstanding meal and I would absolutely return. While the prices are high, the quality and the ingredients are of the highest quality.

My family and I were in town for a wedding and we decided to stop here while on a stroll in Southampton. I had got coffee from their UES once but wasn't impressed and wanted to see if this one was better. I had already had my coffee for the day, so was thinking more of a light lunch from their menu at the counter but then decided we were just going to order gelato. Flavors we tried were chocolate, Stracciatella, and coffee. Smallest size will set you back around $7.
