I want to say the customer service is horrible and I would never ever purchase anything from a nasty person behind the counter. The prices are outrageous and the place is old and needs to be cleaned up.

If you're in Southampton go east out of town and on the right hand side is a much better cup of coffee. Also much cheaper
Asked for white bread, got multi-grain which I’m allergic to. Simple as that. Even if they ran out of white they should have inquired about changing the order.
