I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Plaza Cafe in Southampton, NY.

Our server, Oswaldo, was attentive and personable, providing excellent service throughout our meal. He made sure we were well taken care of.

One standout dish that I highly recommend is the Lobster-Stuffed Squash Blossom Tempura appetizer. The delicate squash blossom, fried to a light crisp, was generously filled with lobster, creating a wonderful balance of flavors...

I can't say enough about the Food and Service that The Plaza offers.

The Food:
You can tell that Doug, the owner/chef cares about your dining experience. Never had I had a more personable exquisite meal. He really knows how to cater to your taste buds.

I've been to the Plaza every time I've been to Southampton and the food, the experience and the service is always amazing. Have you ever had a meal that you can't stop talking about it? It happens every time I eat there. The oyster appetizer and the lobster dinner was so good...I really believe I moaned out loud. It's truly the "must go there" spot in Southampton.
