Very good food. It's always fresh and tastes really good. It's a small shop but doesn't take away from the food.

We ordered a chicken quinoa soup and that was beyond human taste salty, I told them that the soup was extremely salty, they took the soup back and said they can “fix it”, without even ask if I would change to a different one or anything. The salad dressing was oily and I had to filter the oil out, the oil filled the whole soup lid! Then they brought us the “fixed soup” back, probably by adding some water, and the soup was still salty, especially the chicken and veggie chunks. Last they brought us the espresso we ordered when we almost finish eating our lunch, and it was cold!!!And no public restroom.

Was here with friends off season. Line was reasonably short. Had the Milano, it was warm, tasty and well prepared. Not much option for eating inside- prepare for take away being better. Staff was efficient. Wait time was reasonable. Fifteen dollars for a sandwich but hey - this is South Hampton not Idaho.

I've had a few sandwiched from here and they have all been soooo yummy!! They have a lot of sandwich options that makes it hard to decide so I've tried a couple different ones :) I'd recommend ordering online and collecting just to speed the process but if you go in summer they have some great outdoor seating!!

As much as I love the food here the slowness, the website and the customer service are subpar. I thought the purpose of ordering ahead was to save yourself time... Ordered a sandwich at 1:13 p.m..... after an hour it still wasn't ready. This is normal for this location never has your food ready on time, sometimes your order is prepared wrong, often missing extra ingredients that you've asked for..... etc.Just stinks because the food quality is good but everything else sucks. And for the prices we should be getting better service.

Every single time ive ever done here and it says food will be ready by said time its 20-30 min late every single time and there is always something wrong. How do you charge this much for such terrible service with zero ownership of the issue. Do yourself a favor and pass on this place.

Worst wraps I've ever had in my life - absolutely waste of money. It cost us $50 for 2 wraps ... do not recommend. The service was not the nicest and I wish we never went there.

Walking by Southampton, I saw how many people where stopping by this place to grab some salad, so I said, why not?My husband, sister and I, got 3 different salads. We were all more than disappointed by the little amount and almost non existent topping that they put on the salad when they are even charging you for each topping.Even when I went back inside and asked for more, the amount was still not enough. And it’s not that I was asking for a lot of “carrots” (example) but I was asking for a decent amount so I could eat something else other that baby arugula.Unfortunately, I will not recommend it and won’t come back

I always order online and never have any problems with pickup times. I needed some cheese for a work event, and they were out of some of the options I chose for my online order. The woman working there was amazing and helped me find replacements! The food is always amazing too!

HORRIBLE - can’t say it enough - do not go. The service is so bad and slow you will wait for over 45 min even if you order in advance. Rude staff. I keep re trying and expecting a different outcome and I’m just going to stop. The food is good which is why it’s a bummer but it’s absurdly overpriced and the service is horrendous.
