I happened to come through their neck of the woods for an event nearby, and it was quite rewarding. I enjoyed their superb drip coffee so much that I now purchase the beans whole to be delivered in a different state. It’s just that good. I have given my local roasters opportunities, but when it comes down to elite roasting, North Fork is top tier.

Great spot. I’m in a search for the best matcha between Southhold and Orient. The matcha was good but the coconut milk was a bit off. Hazelnut milk would make the matcha top notch. Also found fresh duck eggs for sale on my last visit.

Such a cute little coffee shop! Staff is friendly and the premises is clean. The environment is welcoming and cozy. I do wish they had more baked goods options. The iced coffee was delicious and my 5 and 6 year old are picky about chocolate chip cookies… they devoured the ones I purchased for them and asked for more.

This is the best coffee around, and they roast in house. Traditionally I’m weary about in house roasters in a small town, but this place has it right. The baristas are very knowledgeable and efficient. As far as the space, it is rather small but quaint. If you are in the area and want 3rd wave coffee, this is going to be your best option available.
