I had the crab cake special. It was excellent. Not too much filler. My friend had the striped bass special. She loved it. A very excellent meal!

Love this low key place. Went on Monday, and the food was fantastic! Our group shared the fish +chips, tuna BLT, and one of the specials. Our server Jill was awesome too! It was the perfect place to give our great friends from the neighborhood a proper send off.

It's that rare place where everything just feels right — the seafood is incredibly fresh, the atmosphere is cozy and unpretentious, and the staff are genuinely wonderful. Whether you're stopping in for a casual dinner or just a drink at the bar, it always feels like home. Love this spot!!

Great experience! Food and service were the highlights. We were served in the porch which is cozy but dining room would have given more space. Server was lovely and food was like homecoming and delicious! Would definitely go back!!

Sophie's went out of their way to accommodate us outside because we had our dog with us. We were the only ones sitting outside so we cannot really comment on the ambiance or noise level. The cocktails were perfect and the steaks and crab cakes outstanding. The service was excellent considering the server had to continually come outside to take care of us during their busy dinner hour. The apple crisp dessert was also great. Sophie's seems to be a very popular place for Greenport/Southport locals (we're visiting from California) but we were treated like locals/old friends. If you're in the area you should check it out for sure!
