What an amazing place! Their tacos are absolutely delicious, we tries the chicken, pho, ceviche, and jackfruit tacos all where amazing. Even though they only had one vegetarian option, it was really amazing so definitely vegetarian friendly!

The food is freakin delicious. Love the specials too. Huge fan of the pho que and the shrimp! I love to come here with friends and family and order a few of each. Fun food, fun environment, fun staff. The chef/owner, John Azznara aka Jazzy, is a real sweetheart and has such a way with the customers. He's not bad lookin either ;)

1 taco is $9+tax+tip. Still hungry.it looked good when i got it but found glob of mayo in the taco at the bottom after i took a bite. Ewww. that was not in ingredients listed. I told the girl at the register, she asked if thats a big problem. No its not a Big problem but i didnt order that or want it hidden at the bottom of my taco. it was not listed like the 2 other sauces of wasabi and soy glaze on it so how would i know to ask for no mayo on my taco. She said she would talk to the guy making the food so we sat and waited but she never came back. .No sorry, No new taco, no money back, just left me sitting there till the end of meal watching everyone and then waited a little longer for her and then left still needing to go eat. We were seated like12ft from her and the food truck but never heard back from her or anyone. so hungry from kayaking and got to watch others eat for ~$11.

We thought we would end Father's Day by trying Tacocat for the first time. We arrived 40 minutes before closing. While the food was both interesting and quite good, I will not do business with anyone who curses about having to prepare a meal because he already put the sauces and ingredients away. Shut down for the evening early if you don't want to work until the hours posted on your truck. Don't curse at your customers and throw things around. We would have come back but after clearly being cursed about, multiple times, we will not.

Adorable spot hidden away like a secret - same owners as the wine store and wine bar next to it. Love the concept. Lobster ceviche was sweet, tender and absolute delish, just wish there was more of it, but nevertheless I’m giving them 4 stars, because the taste absolutely deserves it!Food 4/10Service 8/10Cleanliness 10/10

It's great food, albeit overpriced and no gluten free options. It's very nice being outside with plenty of seating and social distancing. Pork belly perfectly cooked and I love the flavor of the vegetables mixed in. They can easily add a corn tortilla option to the menu. Give it a try if not gluten free!

The best Tacos I have ever had. The flavors and combinations just explode with delight in your mouth. I had to try everything they were so good. The location is a wonderful spot in downtown Sparkhill right next to The Grape DeVine and the bike path. They do take out or eat on the picnic tables. I could eat here every week.

Cruising through town to see/stay with friends and came to this cute taco gem around 1 pm, a little hungry and a little chilly. We thought it'd be the perfect place to grab a quick bite to keep us moving and MAN DID WE CHOOSE THE RIGHT PLACE! We chatted with the owner/chef, John, about his process and he's without a doubt a professional. We spoke of flavor profiles, achieving the perfect crunch, the mystical perfect bite, even some talk about magic the gathering! Very passionate and chill guy. John hooked me up with a Pho Que taco (cheeky!) and my partner with a Jackfruit Thai Curry (vegan!). The Pho Que hit my tastebuds like semi truck hits a tomato on the highway: an explosion! The Short rib bulgogi marinated so well with the homemade kimchi and quick pickle (quickle!). All of this on bib lettuce on warm/toasted tortilla, talk about durability. The short rib was tender and the slight crunch sent me over the roof. I scarfed it down before my partner had even taken their second bite. They were obsessed with their jackfruit Thai curry taco! Jackfruit? Who knew! John did, that's who. They said it was flavor city, so surprising and fresh. The jackfruit had just enough spice to keep them warm in the chilly April air, and the sweet red pepper slaw had them picking up the scraps that fell out! Both of these were so good, we ordered another taco each right then and there! They got another Jackfruit Thai curry taco and John recommended I should try the Pork Belly Bahn Mi. So of course I said yes! The Pork Belly Banh Mi was to die for. Like guys, I'm not even kidding, this was so good I was dipping my last bite in the drippings trying to get everything. Heritage Pork roasted to crispy, juicy tenderness in a sweet chili glaze topped with a banging bahn mi salad in a toasted tortilla? IM DED. One taco is a perfect sized snack, but two is a meal, my man. And let me tell you if I had the stomach large enough I'd try to eat as many as I could! The outside seating area was very cute and tables spaced out for social distancing. John even mentioned he'd put the tables together himself! With exposed bulb string lighting hung above and a fire pit smack dab in the middle, evenings here would be the perfect place to come and hang out with some killer food and good friends. John even said he busts out his record player on Vinyl Wednesdays and gets the vibe just right. Sounds like a win/win here, my man! Plenty of parking, and right next to The Grape D'Vine and Noble cafe. Look for the bright red truck and you've found yourself a cozy and flavorful slice of heaven. Highly recommend and will be going back to stuff my face with John's tacos very soon, only this time with more friends!

The TACOCATNY Truck, which is owned by the Owner of Divine Bar & Restaurant, is delicious. First of all, the outdoor dining is adorable. More important, the tacos are amazing. The Pork Belly and the Shrimp taco are my favorite. The Food is just so Fresh!!!!!!! Really a great addition to the town of Sparkill, NY.

The food is so delicious, and apparently the recipes are all original! So creative, a lot of variety; the catfish was a new one that they had on a Saturday and it was sooooo delicious! Also the staff is very friendly, and brightened the experience of eating there. The outdoor dining area is very spacious and the vibe is right!

First off, I don't know if it was just us but this place was super hard to find??? When I put in tacocat in my GPS, it says I arrived but it wasn't in the right spot at all. I found this spot by sheer luck when I gave up looking and out my gps to a diff food place near by and saw the food truck finally!! You're better off typing in "noble cafe" or "dvine bar." Moving on to the tacos, ahhh so good!!!! I recommend getting two to be a content full :) we got the skirt steak and the pho que and AHHHH so flavorful. I can't wait to come back! The outside seating is also so cute and cozy.

We stumbled upon Tacocat when we parked near the post office in Sparkill. It’s a food truck hidden behind Joes D Vine restaurant and wine store. Excellent tacos, I had the steak taco and the chicken ones. Full of flavor and fresh ingredients. We will be back. Glad we found you and hoping more Rocklanders visit to keep you in business.

We stumbled upon this place when riding along the bike trail that cuts through Sparkill. It was full so we decided to ride further north and check it again on the way back. We were so surprised at how flavorful and fresh everything tasted. Cannot wait to go back!

Yum! As a huge fan of the revolving taco menu at DVine Bar, I'm thrilled to have one place devoted to the delicious tacos that Chris churns out. Highly recommend : )

Pho Que people! Amazing flavors, textures in just that one taco. Will try others when I grow tired of my fav pho que...which will probably be never!
