Nichols st Spencerport is horrible at customer service. never have I been so poorly treated. I don't leave many reviews but the female working today and the mgr Mr thuggish ruggish need to be fired. horrible people and horrible service
My first review wasn’t good so I tried it out again the floors were still dirty from the night before tables were not cleaned employees standing around I think I’m done with this place , never again.
Burned breakfast sandwich. It took four times to get one that the muffin wasn't burned and the staff thought it was funny. Very rude service.
