The store is very clean and typically everyone who works there is great. The estimated times of subs to be done aren’t always accurate. Sometimes we go in and the subs are done. Other times we go in and we have to wait or watch while our subs get made. Not very long but if something says it should be ready by 5:25, not being ready for 10 minutes after that time is a bit extreme. Prompt and courteous service
I went to subway in spencerport saturday, nov 1st around 445 pm. There were 2 female employees working and they were both very nice. I ordered a footlong veggie sub\nand the lady who prepared it did an excellent job. i usually go to long pond rd in Greece because i live very close to that location. This was my first time at the spencerport location. I was a very good experience and i will return when i am in that area.

Subway is a friendly and accommodating restaurant with good customer service. The store is clean, and the employees are kind. While the sub is acceptable, some customers prefer to pay slightly more at other establishments to get better quality ingredients and larger portions.
